Jace's POV:
I stood outside in front of my house with my wife standing next to me, and watched my best friend, Edwin Hugo, drive his black car into my residence and park it. "Hey, Jace! My man! Happy married life, bro," my best friend, Edwin Hugo, said as he got out of his black car, wearing a black suit. Then he walked up to meet my wife and me. "Welcome, man. Thanks," I hugged Edwin, as we were like brothers growing up and inseparable. "Good morning," Clara greeted Edwin as she stood next to me. Just as I crossed my arm over her waist and pulled her closer to me. "Morning, Mrs. Augustus. Though I didn't want to stop by and disturb your honeymoon. But you know that I cannot go a day without coming to see Jace," Edwin said, smiling. "It's fine. I understand," my wife replied, and Edwin smiled and told me, "Man, I've got to get going, and I hope you both are enjoying your honeymoon. Why not travel for your honeymoon?" "No, we have all the luxury here. So traveling isn't needed now," my wife said, before I could, and I told Edwin, "You heard the lady of the house. So, we ain't traveling now. Besides, we've been to lots of vacations earlier this year." I recalled our engagement vacation before we returned home for our wedding. "Oh, that's fine. I should get going now. See you later, Jace," Edwin smiled as Clara told him, "Goodbye, sir." Edwin and I looked at Clara in surprise at how she addressed Edwin. "Clara, you don't have to go calling me 'sir' just because you're married. I'm still single, so you're free to call me by my name, Edwin." My wife laughed, as I was still hugging her waist. "Alright, Edwin. Take care," my wife told my best friend, and Edwin looked at me and smiled. "Enjoy your honeymoon, bro. I'll see you later." I watched Edwin walk back to his black car, but he paused beside the car door and peered at me and my wife again. "Get going, man!" I yelled at Edwin, and he grinned and got into his car before driving off. "Come on, babe. We ain't done with our honeymoon. And you heard my parents. We need to make a baby," I spoke into my wife's ear as I stood behind her back and hugged her sèxy waist. I couldn't get enough of her ass rubbing my crotch. However, as we were about to go inside, I heard the sound of another car arriving, and my brows furrowed. "Fûck! Who is that again?!" I cursed and considered going on our honeymoon vacation, as I didn't want anyone to come and disturb my wife and me in this important moment of our life. Besides, we just got married, and I still haven't had enough of our wedding night. "Who's that?" I asked, seeing the gate opened widely. And to my surprise, my childhood best friend, Mandy Joshua, arrived with her pink car and drove in and parked. Mandy was a 28-year-old lady. She was single, and her family and mine were close friends for ages. "Who's she?" Clara asked me, and I was taken aback by her question. "Clara, what's wrong with you? This is my childhood best friend, Mandy. I'm surprised to see her, as she didn't come to our wedding yesterday," I told my wife, and I saw her frown and reply, "It's fine. These days, I get forgetful. So, don't blame me. And you know, I have to give Celine a call to keep up with her and to know how she is faring abroad in representing me." "Alright," I replied and held her hand, "Just wait to say hello to Mandy first. You know that Mandy had always wanted me to marry her, but I couldn't because I see her as my sister only." "Alright," Clara forced a stiff smile again, and I smiled and hugged her back to my chest, while Mandy got out of her pink car in her red dress that perfectly hugged her body like a model. And she walked up to meet us, her black shoes clicking against the interlock in my vast residence. "Good morning, Jace, Clara. Happy married life to you both," Mandy said once she arrived at our front. "Good morning, ma'am. It's nice to see you," Clara said, and Mandy looked at my wife with a stiff smile. "Yeah, Mandy. What happened? I didn't get to see you yesterday. Did you intentionally avoid attending my wedding?" I asked Mandy, knowing that she was the only child of her parents, and she meant so much to them. "Jace, you don't expect me to attend the wedding when you know that I have feelings for you. I couldn't just attend it," Mandy shamelessly spoke to me, and Clara looked stunned, instead of getting annoyed. Clara said, "I will give you both some space to iron things out. I've got to talk with my sister." "Alright, Clara. But here's my wedding gift for you both," Mandy offered a wrapped gift to Clara, but Clara refused to take it. "I'm sorry, ma'am. But you can give it to Jace. I don't see a need for the gift since you don't want to see us together," my wife replied bluntly, and I gasped. "Clara, you don't talk to Mandy that way," I subtly warned Clara to keep quiet. And she grinned and said, "But you don't expect me to pretend in the face of your childhood friend. Or your childhood sweetheart. I've got to call Celine now. Take care." Clara stormed away and matched back into the mansion, and I sighed and looked at Mandy pitifully as I took the wrapped gift from her hand. "I apologize to you on behalf of my wife. She's just getting me confused with her recent behavior," I spoke to Mandy to cheer her up as I walked with her to her car. "Jace, I understand that you love your wife very much, and you've spoiled her too, that she has to talk to me in such a manner," Mandy looked sad, and I understood that my wedding has affected her mood a lot. "It's okay, Mandy. Please don't get mad at Clara. She confuses me with her behavior too. Only that I cannot help but love her more. How about Edwin? When are you going to give him a chance? He likes you?" I asked Mandy to shift the topics away from my wife, as I knew that Mandy had gotten suicidal because of me before. It broke off my father's friendship with hers five years ago when I started dating Clara, a hot, new model in our state, even as I knew that Clara was from a lower-class background. "Jace, you know that I do not love Edwin. I don't want to insult his feelings, but I don't feel anything for him," Mandy said, and I sighed. "It's okay, Mandy. Take care," I told her and watched her walk away to her car. And she pulled the pink car door to unlock and got inside. I smiled, waving goodbye at her as my gatekeeper, Lucas, pulled the gate opened for her to drive off. I sighed and went back into the mansion to meet my wife.Celine's POV:'Oh no! Can I really keep up with all these people that I am unfamiliar with? Wouldn't Jace find out sooner that I am not Clara?' I pondered in my mind as I excused Jace and his childhood sweetheart, Mandy Joshua. Like I couldn't stand there and pretend to know the woman, when I did not know her.As I entered the living room, I met the two maids who looked at me and smiled."Um, what are your names?" I asked them first, before I would make more mistakes. Though I could have asked Clara directly, but I didn't have the time to ask her. So I had to ask them first, before I make more mistakes and show Jace that I am not his real wife."Um, madam, I am Tina, and she is Esther," the two young ladies in their early twenties said to me. As they seem a bit younger than me."Alright, Tina and Esther. Thanks for the breakfast earlier. But I would like to know how the meal routine works around here. And lunch and dinner. Since my husband and I aren't going to work today," I told the
Celine's POVI get really exhausted after Jace was done making love to me again, and I couldn't have imagined this would happen frequently. I made up my mind to get a pill to prevent me from conceiving for him. He was my sister's fiancé, after all."Babe, are you alright?" Jace asked me as he laid on the bed beside me. His right arm was firmly wrapped around my waist in a gentle but possessive hug."Yeah, I am fine," I replied to him, feeling his bare chest and body on my back as we were both unclad on the bed."I'm so happy that we finally got married. You know, many wouldn't have believed that we would be together, with your work involving you traveling about for different modeling shoots," Jace spoke to me, behind my back. His warm breath fanned the crook of my neck as his hand made its way upward to my breast and fondled it."Yeah, I know," I told him, and he asked me, "You remember what happened in India when we went there for our engagement vacation?"I gulped hard, not knowing
Jace's POV"What's wrong, babe?" My wife, Clara, asked me, and I looked at her face and pondered.'Is this really my wife or her twin? What's going on? Why didn't I notice it? I know Clara's voice very well, and the way she sounded so happy on the phone was like my fiancée. So who am I married to? Her sister? Is it possible that Clara traveled out and told her twin to marry me in her place? How can she do this to me? I am a titled man. Oh no! I didn't want to think that I have slept with two sisters without realizing it. I was so overjoyed with our wedding that I failed to notice their differences.'"Babe, what's wrong?" Clara asked me. I mean, if she isn't Celine, I am so confused right now."I don't know, babe. I feel so confused right now," I told her as I rubbed my temple, and she asked me, "What are you confused about? You said that you wanted to speak with my twin, and I called her right now. Why are you acting so confused?"Clara came and stood in front of me, and I asked her,
Celine's POV."Celine, you have to take up your sister's place tomorrow," my father, Mr. Morris Mason, said to me. As he stormed into my room with my mother, Lady Nancy."Dad, I don't understand. Why will I have to take up Clara's place tomorrow? Where is she?" I asked, because I was aware that Clara went for her bridal shower. How can she just flee on the eve of her wedding?"Something came up, according to Clara, and she had to take care of it," My father said, and I sighed. Standing in my bedroom as I didn't attend the extravagant bridal shower of my twin sister, Clara Mason.Clara and I were identical twin sisters. We are both 25 years old. And I know that many of Clara's friends were saying that I was jealous of my twin sister because she was getting married before me. But that was not the truth.I am in a relationship with Martin Enzo, a construction worker. But Martin wasn't the type of groom my father wanted. So he rejected him.Everyone was proud of my twin sister. She was th
Celine's POV.The day of the wedding.I was dressed up in my sister's room, for the guests to believe that I am Clara. I hadn't thought of this day to arrive.Helping my famous sister to cover up for her wedding.I donned a long wedding dress that swept the ground that I walked on.The makeup artist made my face with heavy makeup, and I hated to say this, but I don't like makeup.I sat there and allowed them to transform me up into my sister's preferred choice of wedding dress that had my bare back exposed and my breasts on full display. This is not the wedding day that I had dreamt of.Me, taking my twin sister's place as the bride.. when she is actually alive and modelling in another state."Mmm," I sighed, once the makeup artists were done. I looked at my reflection in the mirror, and I cannot believe the woman that was staring back at me.Soon, my father arrived and asked me, "Are you ready, Clara? You look so beautiful."I saw the proud smile on my father's face. He was seeing me
Celine's POV.Once he got to the car waiting, Jace carefully put me in the car, and I didn't even have the time to see what car it was. But it was a beautiful car, and he told the driver, "to the reception venue.""Alright, boss," came the calm response from the driver. But I sat there nervously as Jace and I sat in the rear.I shifted away from him, but I remembered that I had to pretend that I was my sister.Jace didn't say anything, as he looked at me and held my hand in his."How do you feel about this day, my love?" He asked me, and I opened my mouth to speak, thinking of what Clara would have said if she was the one.I was still overwhelmed, so I told him the truth, "I am just overwhelmed.""Why is that? You didn't believe me when I told you that I will marry you and no one else. I love you, Clara, and I meant every word that I used to confess my feelings to you. So you don't have to be afraid, thinking that this marriage is a trap. And I will always support your modeling career
Celine's POV.Jace and I arrived at the hotel room as we had drunk about two bottles in the car.I was already intoxicated, and I kept mumbling words that I didn't understand.Jace wasn't drunk, so he carried me, and I heard him whisper in my ear, "This is so unlike you, babe. You got drunk just by two bottles, and you normally finished up to five bottles in a day without getting drunk.""What?!" I gasped in his arms, laughing, and I reminded myself to behave well, not knowing that I said it out loudly."I have to be my sister, you know, trying to mimic her now that she is not around. I miss her so much," I said, and Jace looked at my face as he brought me into the hotel room that he wanted us to use for our honeymoon."Why not take me home?" I asked him, and he smiled."We are home already. Seems like you are too drunk. We are in our house, my room, which is now our bedroom," Jace gently placed me on the bed, and I thought he was taking me to a hotel for our honeymoon."I thought," I
Celine's POV.Oh no! What am I going to do? I guess this was the right time to inform Jace that I am not my sister. How can I continue with this deceit when he will finally find out. What do I do? I paced about the room as I wasn't even with my phone.. I could have contacted Clara and asked for her help. She was a good liar and smarter than me."Dammit. Should I lie that I am in my period," I clutched my belly as I was scared once Jace finds out that my family and I tricked him into deceiving him.Yeah, my sister and I were slimmer, but as Clara and I grew into adulthood, I don't keep up much with her, and I get tired of burning calories like her, that wants to be fit at all times."Babe," Jace got out of the bathroom and saw me sitting on the bed. As I stopped pacing about when I heard the shower stop."Babe," Jace removed the towel from his waist, and I immediately glanced away.I felt like I was committing a sin, seeing my sister's fiancé's body. Though Jace and I got married, but

She and my sister looked so excited, wearing similar brown designer dresses and black shoes. They were of average height, although Adira wore high heels, while Mom wore lower heels, but they were my family."Thank you," Clara replied, smiling, and I told them to join us for breakfast."We are about to have breakfast now before you all arrived. Please join us," I let my parents know, and my mother smiled."That's fine. We are just coming back from the Thanksgiving service and didn't want to disturb you both on your honeymoon. You don't want to kiss me?" Jace held my hand to his chest as he drew me closer and kissed my neck. He tilted my head to meet his face as he kissed and sucked on my lips, gently biting my lower lip."Mm," I moaned, and he smiled as his tongue invaded my mouth, and I couldn't help it but kiss him back, and he froze.I stopped kissing him and looked at his face as I met his eyes on me."What's wrong?" I asked him shyly, and Jace continued to look at me."Why are you kissing me like a learner? You are getting me confused, babe?"
