CHAPTER 41: DEAFENING SILENCE

Alpha Queen Octavia's POV

Darkness.

So much darkness.

The screams of agony.

Unrelenting suffering.

The silence was almost deafening all of a sudden.

The echoes of the dead could be heard surely to the land of the living, but more present than the skulls that lay in piles that surrounded me. I couldn't see Donyale in the shadows, but her cries of terror could now be heard. I was pulled to the underworld with Donyale with the help of Alpha Queen Lenora and D'Laurentis' blood mix. I felt their power radiate through me. My wolf, Gemini followed her commands without question.

"What have you done, stupid girl?" Donyale said stumbling from the pit of darkness. "Saved my family," I replied subconsciously rubbing my belly. Still in a warped state. "YOU STUPID BITCH!" She called out. "Do you really think that mutt in your belly will survive down here? It's already dead!" Donyale shouted.
