“Mr. Maxwell, it is true that I said I would treat your leg. But it’s still up to me whether or not this leg will be completely healed.”

As she was saying this, Fia pressed on Conrad’s wound forcefully. Feeling pain on his wound, a layer of sweat seeped up on his forehead. Still, he did his best to bear with the pain, not making a sound.

Seeing him withstanding pain like that, Fia felt an intense urge to hurt him more. Hence, she pressed on the wound even harder. Conrad’s face turned pale as he sweated more but he still did not make a sound.
