I'M BETTER OFF THIS WAY

Elena, Garfield and the rogues arrived at the cave in a short while and they resorted to clearing the dirt off the whole cave.

They had been gone for a while and as a result, it was only wise they carried out a thorough cleaning on the cave and ensured they weren't going to be living in dirt.

They planned to set a campfire afterwards, Lawrence had suggested it earlier and everyone immediately accepted the suggestion and they went out in search of wood to use for the fire.

The men went out in search of the woods while Elena remained in the cave with her child and Carl.

"What's going on in your mind?" Carl asked, as if she had been studying Elena's expressions for some time.

Elena shook her head and smiled. She obviously wasn't expecting such a question from Carl, she never told her anything was going on in her mind right?

"I'm fine, why do you ask?" She replied hesitantly and faced Carl who was now heading to the door. She hadn't noticed that someone had been k
