Cassy's POV

I opened my eyes with so much struggle, grinning slightly at the aching sensation around my forehead and the back of my head, and also around my back. But the first sight of my newest environment had driven that struggle away, causing me to shriek and scream as I wrapped my legs and arms around my entire body.

I was in this dark cell, filled with humans of diverse states. Some were already out of this world, their bodies deteriorating and smelly, while some were still alive, but their bodies were a difficult sight to behold.

They had these unexplainable tearing marks on their bodies, their skin looking as though they were elastic, as though the tried changing form, but they were stuck somewhere.

I needed to exit that surrounding. If it was what I thought it was, then I was rather more unsafe here. Those tearings and marks which my eyes had seen seemed like those which resembled those of rogue wolves.
