"Take off her blindfold," The deepest masculine voice Arielle has ever heard spoke in the background, and almost immediately the blindfold covering her eyes was wrenched away. Her eyes were still closed due to her exhaustion, and she had been chained to the ceiling with her toes barely touching the floor.
Being an Omega wasn't something she would wish for anyone. A lone wolf was an easy target, bullied by other werewolves that come across it, and that was exactly what she is. An Omega. In her case, Arielle has been captured by traveler wolves this time, and from the light conversations she's heard so far, it seems they were planning to sell her off.
Her eyes fluttered open, but they held no weakness in them. Her beautiful dark eyes scanned the entire room. She had been blindfolded ever since she was kidnapped and brought here. It took her by surprise to find herself in a beautiful sitting room, with three men sitting on the sofa.
Unable to help herself, she begin looking closer to find the man With the captivating deep voice who had spoken earlier. It seems like they had already finished the discussion of selling her off, and two men dressed in black suits were leaving with black briefcases. One had a thick scar right on his chin, and she easily recognized him as one of the werewolves that had succeeded In knocking her lights out before they took her away. She would have been able to take him on her own, but there were others that were as strong as him. Not to mention, that they had injected her with nauseating drugs during the fight.
The last man that sat on the sofa didn't turn to face her so she couldn't describe his looks, but she was betting that he was the one with the voice that woke her up from her deep slumber. From where she was hanged, she noticed his broad shoulders and his thick long dark hair that almost touched his back.
The silver chains were weakening her even more, but she didn't dare to show any of it. She had a heart made of steel, and her eyes reflected everything to the open. There was no room to show weakness for her, and she would have to find a way to escape from this place because there was no way she would just allow herself to get sold and be misused or bullied for the rest of her life.
Before she could start working on the chains, The man stood up from his sit so gracefully that it almost looked as if royalty was running down his back. He was taller than she had imagined, and from the looks of it, he seemed very muscular and strong. If he wasn't the strongest beta around, then he has to be the Alpha himself!
When he finally turned around and looked at her, time seem to have paused there for a moment. Arielle momentarily forgot herself, soaking in the sinful features the man in front of her possessed. Molten and alluring Grey eyes, and well-trimmed beards. His facial structure was perfect, and his perfectly straight nose and full dark pink lips suited his appearance. He had his huge presence, a majestic, yet frightening aura around him that has her almost backing away if not for the chains. He was dressed casually like he was in his home... but nothing could have also prepared the Lycan King for the woman he faced.
He would never forget those ruthless dark eyes and Scarlet red hair she always possessed even though it was shorter this time. She was as heartbreakingly beautiful as he remembered her, and his Cold eyes warmed up before he even knew it.
He could see the surprise, and alertness in her eyes when he suddenly covered the distance between them. He's waited so long to find her again, but the look in her eyes told him she couldn't remember who he was. It didn't matter if she did or didn't.
Getting a hold of an Omega wolf had been his intention, but he wasn't expecting this. He hadn't bothered to stare at her ever since she was brought in, and the dirt covering her body had immensely blocked out her thick scent but now that he was close...that feminine intoxicating Freshness she held already had his nose buried inside her neck.
He felt her go stiff like a rock, her heart pounding. Arielle didn't know how he did it. He was way too fast for her as she only heard the sound of the chains before her hands were freed and her body fell right into his embrace. His warm body welcomed her, and the torn rag she had been putting on didn't do anything to help with the heat striking her body from his.
She didn't understand...Why was he hugging her??
"Don't you dare... reject me again!" He growled in a powerful whisper into her ear. She felt his body tremble, making her freeze. But one thing was for sure now. He was the man with the deep voice from before, and it was even more captivating and sonorous now that he spoke so close to her ear. It was odd and weird how deeply her body reacted to him... like it knows him from somewhere.
"Let go of me," She tried to push him away, but he wasn't even bulging. It was shocking how badly she wanted to stay there in his arms, but now was her chance to escape. He had done her a favor by freeing her from the chain, but the bigger problem was getting out of his arms that felt so perfect around her back, "What are you doing?" Her dried-out voice growled back again, toughening herself up. She didn't want to look meek or fragile just because she was caught and sold.
"Mine!" He purred lowly into her neck, and she immediately felt the presence of his strong wolf. No... something seemed different about his wolf. It was almost like a werewolf, but the feel and reaction of her wolf threw her into confusion. What sort of wolf does he possess??
"YOU'RE MINE," He repeated harshly against her neck, and Arielle's body shook heavily when his sharp teeth pierced through her skin and bit her so hard her eyes rolled and her body leaned further into his as she tried to catch her breath. A sense of unbeatable pleasure rushed through her veins, and she trembled even more in his arms.
He had just marked her. She knew it. The aftermath of the blooming pleasure she felt right at the end of the bite told her everything and the grunts that left her lips were nerve-wracking. She felt so weak deep down to her bones as that action had drained anything left of her.
The Strange man now stared at her face, and their eyes locked. She looked angry at him, while his eyes held nothing but a strong determination and need to hold her close and make her understand that she was going nowhere. His eyes were molten red, like they were created on hot larva meant to devour its prey.
Arielle had seen many Alphas before, but none had eyes as compelling, dominant, ruthless, and as steep as his red ones. He felt like a different kind of Alpha.
"What...are you?" Arielle's lips trembled for the first time in so long. Surviving alone all this while had brought out the offensive and dark side of her. She had seen the world out there, and every day was a struggle to see the next. She had planned to escape, but right now she could feel all her chances slipping right off her palm.
He wasn't...gonna let her go.
He had already marked her as his. She was now...HIS Mate.
"Your Lycan King, and yours truly... Ezekiel Alvarez."
"Alpha? Lycan?" She breathed against his face. It was the first time a wolf was introducing itself as a Lycan... except if he truly was. It would make sense because his wolf felt very different, and lycans were very, very rare in this age.
What bothered her the most was that she had been sold to a Lycan, and he has marked her as his. Chances of her escaping him forever had become extremely slim right in front of her eyes.
.
.
Ezekiel watched as she slept in his arms. He had taken her up to his bed where they both lay down with his woman fast asleep. Her body had weakened greatly from the bite and she had fallen unconscious from it. Zeke's eyes took in her whole appearance, he couldn't take his hands off her again... It was as if she was drugging him without even trying, and that is how it's always been with her.
He had no idea she had been reincarnated. He had a strong feeling her soul would find its way back to life again, and it took quite a long time. It's been so many years since he last held her in his arms, and now that she was here with him again, he never wants to let her go.
He continued to soak in all her features, noticing how rough her skin looked and the little scars of battle that filled her body. He wondered how long she has been living as an Omega, and how she became one in the first place. Judging from the fighter look she had cast at him earlier, she must have been all alone for long struggling to get by. But she wouldn't have to worry about that any more... she's safe with him now.
No harm will ever come to her.
The loud buzzing of a device inside his drawer had him cursing under his breath. It reminded him of what he had to take care of very soon, but the knowledge that he would have to pull away to pick up the call was utterly frustrating. He didn't want anything to distract the unbelievable moment he was having with his mate. His Lycan was groaning and recoiling in anger as he was, but the matter he was to attend to was very important.
He pulled out an arm and took out the phone from the drawer.
"It's ready, Your Highness." Said the caller.
"I'll be there in two days." Zeke replied in a low whisper, not taking his eyes off her, "And I won't be returning alone anymore. I'll be having...a permanent guest over. You know what to do," He added.
"Of course. I'll get everything ready,"
Zeke could already hear the excitement rushing out of his servant's voice before he dropped the phone. It's so long since he last returned to the palace. He was glad he had decided to stay and wait for the Omega to arrive first... it's the most unexpected and best decision he's ever made. The only problem here was that she might reject him again even with the bond that's alright between them, so he has to give her reasons to stay with him. Everything has to go well this time. Yes, he knows the heavy risk he's taking to be with her.
.
.
It was the first time in a long while she was waking up without feeling sore, probably because she was lying on a soft bed. It was extremely warm around her, and there was this citrus scent enveloping her nose that has her leaning in further to capture its scent more. Her wolf growled in pleasure as she found her nose running down a fabric clothing that felt as if it was worn.
Immediately, Arielle's memories of all that happened came back to her and all signs of sleep vanished from her eyes. She looked closer to find herself being cuddled by the one she had been sold off to. He was fast asleep, and his large arms were around her, caging her into his embrace. As inviting as it was, it was the perfect opportunity to get away from him.
She gently wriggled her body out of him as quietly and slowly as she could go, trying not to make any noise till she was entirely free from him. Swallowing her heavy breath, she had just made to get up from the bed when she was pulled back to the bed so fast she gasped as she landed on top of him, her eyes wide as she looked into his open ones.
Those molten Grey eyes of his were something to behold. They were extremely beautiful and graceful. It wasn't just his eyes, everything about him seemed just beyond an average werewolf.
"How long have you been awake?" She questioned with a snarl from her wolf.
"Long enough. I was expecting a kiss after those tickles you ran all over my chest," He replied warmly, his eyes so soft she almost had to look away and get a hold of herself again. He's a total stranger to her, she cannot be moved by anything about him. And had he been awake the minute she woke up too? And it meant he felt her running her nose along his shirt all this while!
"Why do you keep talking to me like that? I was sold to you, wasn't I?" She fired at him, almost snarling if not for the lazy smile that appeared on his face. And suddenly her heart had picked up speed just from seeing that bespelling expression that has tripled his already astonishing beauty.
"And by doing so, You found your mate. You're mine, and I'm yours now." He suddenly rolled her over so she was solidly on top of him, "And we need to get you changed out of these light clothes before I tear them off and make you forget your name,"
"You're making no sense!" She retorted, trying to hide her reaction to his words. She did feel slightly ashamed to be lying on him so comfortably with such small clothes, and she was pretty sure he could hear her heartbeat. But it was her case too. She could also hear his, and it was loud and beating even faster than hers, "Things won't go your way. You bought and marked the wrong Omega. If you try to keep me with you, you'll end up either tearing me apart yourself or you'll come to regret wasting your money on..."
His eyes suddenly changed Into a dangerous shade which had Arielle zipping her mouth shut. She could feel his arms tightening around her back, as of warning her not to say another word,
"I will not tolerate you talking about yourself like that. You're not wrong my mate, you're perfection at its fullest. I would never regret having you with me again no matter what. And the only thing I'll be tearing apart...Is your will to leave me, and I'll make your heart, body, and soul mine again. You're not allowed to leave me, you're not allowed to reject me...!" He declared so strongly that Arielle almost bit her lip to keep her anxiety from showing
eyes.
She knew it would be hard to get away from him when he had Introduced himself as a Lycan King, but it seems leaving would truly be harder than she thought. He sounded so possessive at her, and what was with the flattery about her being perfect? "Don't be so sure of yourself, Lycan King." She whispered back to him, "You might think you're making progress, but I hope you won't be too disappointed when you find out that you're biting far more than you can chew," He instantly understood that the case was something deeper than just her trying to escape since she was an Omega wolf that believes she belongs on her own. Even though she seemed to have changed so much, he could still make out something distant in her eyes that just didn't seem ok to him. Looks like she also has her own battles. "Do you think you can chew that much?" She questioned with a dare in her eyes. He smirked, and her heart somersaulted, "Bring it on." "Fine...Master. You asked for it," She nodded like the deal
The airplane ride was pretty decent, and they arrived in the country of Euscarria in the evening. Zeke had sat next to her as they had flown in his private plane, and it had been one of the most comfortable rides ever. It was the first time she was hearing of a country called Euscarria, and from what Zeke had told Arielle, he said it was a small country ruled by the royal family, a Royal family of werewolves. The country was so small and unknown that there were hardly any tourists that came every year, but as Arielle stared outside the window and watched the city below her, she concluded that the country was certainly flourishing and it was extremely beautiful. It was a shame not many knew about it. Ezekiel held her hand The whole time as they lodged into a hotel. He only received about two quick phone calls and nothing else. Arielle sighed alone inside the bathroom, wondering if all this was a good idea and if she shouldn't plan a good escape plan from here. Her eyes were still g
Arielle woke up to the bright afternoon of the following day. It didn't take her long before recalling all that happened yesterday, and the weakness was still in her bones but she had enough strength to move around. Throwing the sheets away, she was just about to scurry into the bathroom with her naked body when a light and feminine voice came from right outside her door, "My lady?" Arielle paused, "Are you referring to me?" "I was assigned to your mansion. I'll be looking after you. My name is Astrid." She sounded like a bright person. "Uhhh, is that needed? I can take care of myself," "I was sent by our King. I'm sorry my lady, but I cannot go against him," Ah, now it was making sense. "I see then. I'll be taking my bath," "You must be hungry. Lunch will be ready as soon as you're. I'll be here if you need anything!" She sounded so enthusiastic about it which had Arielle narrowing her eyes at the door skeptically. She trusted no one! After soaking up a lot in the shower, s
The silence was deafening between them, and she clutched her dress even harder, awaiting his reply. Zeke could feel her anxiety growing every second. Her words made a lot of sense, and he already knew he would have to let her know about it sooner or later even if she doesn't remember him from before. Coming closer to her, she reached down and took her hand in his leading them to his room. It was just as simple as the one from his other house, not Fancy. His bed was very big though with a black sheet covering it and white pillows. He took her to the couch instead and made her sit on it so she wouldn't have any ideas about him if he took her to the bed instead. The reason he had left the dining was because he didn't want to risk someone eavesdropping even though no one would try it. Ezekiel squeezed her hand in his, going into a squatting position so he could see her face properly. She had a sad look in her eyes, he didn't want that. "Being a Lycan means I do not get old, Arielle
It's been two days since Arielle left her mansion. She had woken up a few days ago lying on Zeke's bed, and had returned to her place immediately. She wouldn't want anyone to walk in and see her on the king's bed while the King himself isn't around. Astrid was always with him. The woman escorted everywhere she went around the mansion, and Arielle was slowly getting used to it since she couldn't convince the woman not to follow her. They hardly spoke to each other, and Arielle spend most of her time in the garden, reading the books she found lying around. It was extremely boring. She was thinking of taking another walk outside one of these days, hoping she would maybe see Zeke around like last time. Arielle was also having trouble trying to remember what happened while she was with him the last time. She did recall the story and the kiss, but she couldn't remember exactly what made her fall unconscious. She hoped he didn't worry about it too much. Arielle has been alone most of her
Five days had passed and she hadn't seen Zeke. She took it that he might be busy running the whole country, but her mind has always been occupied with thoughts ever since she spoke with Princess Olivia. It had taken a good amount of self-control for Elle not to jump on the woman the second and declared she was after the King. Elle had felt this annoyance and pain, understanding that women were after his heart. All day and night, she was suddenly picturing Olivia flirting around with him and them laughing together. Elle couldn't take it anymore. She wondered why all those princesses hadn't found their mate yet and had asked Astrid to explain how mating worked here. Elle never really cared about these things since she's been alone most of her life, but now that she was staying here it's better to mingle. According to Astrid, Royalty was different. Some Royals are lucky enough to find their destined mate as another royal, and some don't really mind if their mate turns out to be a no
It felt as if her environment had gone silent as she heard his words. Even her heart didn't seem to be beating fast at all by how shocked she was at the moment. The pause was only for about two seconds, she could feel the blood rushing through her veins as soon as she snapped out of her trance. Luckily, Her face had held that same stoic emotion. She hadn't given anything away that he was possibly right, and she gave him a quick retort, "Since I'm neither of those, I guess I'm not in any kind of trouble then," She smirked lightly at him before she turned and walked away, leaving him stunned by her perfection. Gerald had watched her for quite some days now. He's had someone keep an eye on her, and so far there hasn't been any enticing report about her apart from the fact that he had overheard Nico on the phone with Ezekiel the other day. Gerald was well aware that Ezekiel buys Omegas in the past. They work for him till he finally frees them, but he's never made so much effort the w
Zeke held her carefully in his arms as they walked out of the ball. He could feel the stares that followed as he went, a cutting feeling that told him their reaction wasn't at all pleasant. But right now he was focused on taking Arielle out of there. Zeke took her somewhere they could be alone, and held her in his arms till she regained herself again. She pulled away to look at his face, and he could see the unshed tears in her eyes she was trying to hide when she ducked. "I messed up, didn't I?" She murmured, biting her lips nervously. "Hey, look at me." He held her chin and tried to make her look up but she threw her eyes away. Elle was scared. She was so scared of herself. She couldn't imagine what would happen if she goes berserk again. She didn't want to ruin the beautiful country. "Arielle, Can you please look at me? Hm?" He asked so kindly and softly that she gave in to his soothing voice and locked eyes with him. There was nothing in his eyes but that beautiful and freei
And there they were, walking down the Ravenclaw's Den as they called it. Arielle acted as if she couldn't care less, but she glanced around from time to time. Turns out the place she had been a while ago was only a small house compared to the rest.It looked like she was in a city surrounded by houses made of bricks, resembling cabins in the woods. Almost everyone around had a wolf and would greet the Alpha respectfully as they walked past her. These interactions had Arielle knowing her name as Zero. Alpha Zero. Weird name. Except if it was her surname. "What do you think of our place?" Zero asked the woman beside her who was dragging her silver-trapped foot on the ground. "No place like home." Arielle almost yawned, and Zero smiled again. The more she did it, the creepier it became. "I look forward to you saying that when this becomes your new home," She responded, looking straight at Arielle who was looking uninterested in everything she set her eyes on."Uh, huh," Arielle nodded
There was a little noise in the background. Everywhere was dark, but she could feel herself sitting on something quite soft and comfortable. Arielle's senses already told her she wasn't in her mansion anymore, and forced herself to wake up despite the weakness racing through her body. It was so bright she had to adjust her eyes first, before accessing her surroundings well. Arielle found herself in a small room, lying on a soft bed. It looked like a small cabin made of brick and wood. Alertness washed over her when she realized she wasn't alone in the room, and there was someone sitting on an old and creaking chair reading a newspaper. He had it covering his face so she couldn't make out what he looked like.Looking down at herself, she saw that her hands were covered with these glove-like iron made of silver, and her legs were covered with the same material but shaped like a sock. There was another silver iron wrapped around her neck a little too tight keeping her from breathing we
As his hands caressed and moved around her waist, she could feel herself losing her senses. Her wolf who was supposed to be stronger than her had already given up to his touch, and Arielle herself was the last woman standing. When he came up her body and gently brushed his fingers below her bosom, She almost cried out from the thrill that rushed through her, "I knew you were gonna kill this dress, I didn't know you were gonna kill me too. Fucking breathtaking!" He murmured against her neck as his lips found the soft skin to nibble on. Zeke has always been a walking and talking temptation. His whole being oozed with this manly and seductive fire, and she knew what he could do to her without even trying. As he kept running his warm fingers around the curve under her chest, Elle's body trembled harder and she found her body pressing itself on his back. "Zeke...!" She quickly grabbed his hands, not knowing whether to push them away or pull him even closer. "Hm?" His tongue bit her nec
