The airplane ride was pretty decent, and they arrived in the country of Euscarria in the evening. Zeke had sat next to her as they had flown in his private plane, and it had been one of the most comfortable rides ever.

It was the first time she was hearing of a country called Euscarria, and from what Zeke had told Arielle, he said it was a small country ruled by the royal family, a Royal family of werewolves. The country was so small and unknown that there were hardly any tourists that came every year, but as Arielle stared outside the window and watched the city below her, she concluded that the country was certainly flourishing and it was extremely beautiful. It was a shame not many knew about it.

Ezekiel held her hand The whole time as they lodged into a hotel. He only received about two quick phone calls and nothing else.

Arielle sighed alone inside the bathroom, wondering if all this was a good idea and if she shouldn't plan a good escape plan from here.

Her eyes were still glowing blue as a sign that she was an Omega, and she didn't know if it would be alright for her to be here.

Even Ezekiel who usually talked much had gone a little quiet. She found him deep in thought when she stepped out of the bathroom, watching the people outside as he stood close to the glass windows.

The next call he got was around eight PM and then he ushered the both of them out of the room. They left the hotel, and this time they walked hand in hand toward what seemed like a Royal house.

Someone was waiting at the gate, prancing about with worry written all over his face. They walked in, and Arielle wasn't given time to admire the gorgeous mansions that lay in front of her sight. There were several cars parked outside a certain one, and she could hear noises and low music coming from a certain mansion that they were heading to.

"Oh, your Majesty. I tried to stop him, but he insisted on holding a party for your arrival. I don't think I should have told him..." The man resembled a young butler with small round glasses hanging from his nose.

Zeke stopped when he got to a certain distance from the entrance of the mansion. He turned to Arielle, and she caught her breath with his sharp gaze, "I'll see you before Dawn. I'm about to get busy," He stated with hard eyes that had her wondering what it was all about. It was the first time he was giving her such looks since they met.

"Nico, Lead her to her place." He asked the butler, and Nico nodded firmly. When Zeke let go of her hand without a backward glance, Arielle could only shake her head slightly like she had been expecting this from him. Zeke was an important person in the gathering he was about to attend, and someone like her cannot be seen with him. She's still putting on his clothes, and worse, she was an Omega. No matter how much he may seem to be so into her when they're alone, outside would always be a different world.

She's just someone he bought and probably marked out of pity.

Nico brought her to a smaller mansion and took her straight to a room that he told her was hers. He also told her there was food at the dining table Incase she was hungry, but Arielle felt like just retiring to bed. She stared at the ceiling for a while, thinking about her dark past that wouldn't stop haunting her. She stared at her palms that held so much blood and violence in them but threw them on the bed with a loud sigh.

Suddenly, A sharp pain crashed into her head and Arielle's body vibrated so hard she had rolled off the bed and was trembling on the floor the next second. Tears streamed down her eyes from the pain, and at the same time, the bite mark on her neck stung badly. She tried to scream, but nothing came out till that eerie and chilly voice tang deeply inside her head.

"Long time, Ari." A deep voice tang, and stiffened as she recognized that voice that was the cause of her nightmares and horrors, "I knew you had great potential, but I never imagined you would walk into something so great. I can see the Lycan King has found you... And made you his."

Elle's teeth clenched in fear, her head between her legs praying fervently in her mind for it to all be a dream. Sweat rolled down her face, and her clothes were already drenched. She was unable to control herself, knowing her eyes were already glowing dark blue, her bloodlust coming up, feeling the urge to rip anyone's throat out.

It was her wolf that was being controlled again. She thought she has escaped from her past, but she was wrong.

"You know exactly what to do, don't you? Just like every one of your victims, get them when they least expect it. You'll kill Ezekiel Alvarez, and then... I'll finally give you your freedom," The voice continued, and Arielle's teeth chattered in deep fear. She was a shivering mess, sitting like a lost child on the floor with heat oozing out of her body. She had been shrouded and enveloped in her own fear that she couldn't quite tell what happened next.

All her survival instinct kicked in at once, and she transformed into her full wolf form the very next second. Her clothes had been ripped into shreds inside the room as a big wolf with Royal blue fur could be sighted moving through the shadows along the mansions till it was out of the whole house.

Her head was a mess. It was pounding, and she felt like she was about to faint at any time. Still staggering weakly through the shadows, she headed toward the woods that wasn't too far, hoping no human had spotted her along the way till she was far into the woods and finally fainted somewhere along the way.

No, she wasn't going back to Ezekiel. He might not be exactly what he seems on the outside, but all his actions so far had been pure and genuine... She was very sure about this.

She would not allow herself to get anywhere close to him again.

Right now, she was the biggest threat to his safety.

It might look as if she has no chance against him because she's just an Omega and he's a Lycan, but Arielle wasn't just any ordinary Omega. She was even afraid of herself, the sinful deeds and atrocities she could commit were far from that of a Normal average wolf.

As she fell into slumber, she kept muttering, "Ezekiel... No, not Ezekiel..."

It must be the mate bond between them that was making her care for him so much. As if he could hear her calling him, his familiar deep and crusty voice replied to her with urgency and worry, "Where are you, Elle?!" He demanded with burning eyes.

Zeke barely spend an hour at the banquet that had been held for his arrival before he left to check on Elle. Gerald Ford, his substitute King had found out about him coming and had quickly prepared all this, inviting other royalties from all across the place to welcome him. He had been introduced to so many of them, but a light frown was etched on his face the whole time.

Gerald knows Zeke does not like attention, and the man seemed even more cunning now. He would take care of him later.

Sneaking out of the party, he strode fast to his mate's quarters only to stop halfway when he felt something was amiss. The mate bond between them was giving him warning signals that things weren't ok, and Zeke had already jumped Into a sprint.

He walked into the room, and the first thing he saw was her torn clothes. It looked like she had transformed, and thankfully there wasn't any blood on the floor to prove that she might have been attacked or else he might turn the palace upside down this night.

Taking up her scent that was still thick in the air, he inhaled it sharply and began trailing her with it. He passed through the same routes she had used, his eyes glowing bright red in the dark.

"I do not believe she escaped herself, " Zeus's growl mumbled in a confused state. Zeus was Zeke's Lycan wolf.

"I do not too. Let us find her first," Zeke muttered back in a low whisper trying not to let anyone nearby hear him. He would find her by himself for now, and know why she left him when she had already given her his word. God help him that he doesn't come to find out that someone had hurt her in any way, or else there would be an outrageous and sickening blood bath tonight in the country.

He kept on following trails and footsteps that seem like a wolf and it got him deep inside the woods. He kept on following her scent that hot thicker every minute, till he sighted a figure naked and unconscious on the ground.

His eyes blazed with fury and relief when he saw his Elle shivering heavily on the ground. Her heart was beating so fast like it was about to explode, and her face was extremely pale. The second he reached out to touch her, Arielle's hand shot out and grabbed him roughly by the collar.

Her breathing was labored and heavy, and her temperature seemed like it was in a boiling state. There was extreme fear in her beautiful eyes as she crackled out in a torn voice, "You have to run away from me!" She forced out a low cry, "Please... Throw me away. I reject you as my mate!!" She stated heavily with conviction and Zeke's blood boiled even harder.

Who the hell was doing this to her??!

He could already feel the mate bond breaking apart, and she squeezed his eyes as the pain and memories flooded him.

"You can reject me all you want. As many times as you wish... but it won't change the fact that you're mine. And I don't run away from what's mine," He strongly said, and picked her up into his arms. He noticed the dried blood around her nose due to the nosebleed she had a while ago, and she shivered and squeezed herself into a ball.

Arielle wished he would just listen.

"I'm nothing more than a slave!" She didn't want to hurt him with her violence, "You bought me, don't you remember?"

Ezekiel gritted his teeth, walking back to the palace, "Don't talk. You need to rest,"

"I was sold to you! I'm an Omega werewolf! I do not have a pack. I am not worthy of being with you. We are forbidden!"

"Know this about me, I'm attracted to things I'm forbidden from. Another thing about me, The only thing that can change my mind about you is the day the sun rises from the west," He mumbled dangerously again, and Arielle let out a tired sigh.

There was no getting to this man.

"You don't know what you're getting yourself into..." Were the last words that left her lips before she fell into an unconscious state.

Ezekiel got back to the palace and set her down on the bed, pulling the covers over her nakedness. She was sick, but her wolf was healing up. One thing about Omegas was that their healing abilities were slow, especially the ones that have left their pack for a very long time. It was the backlash of a wolf that's left the others.

As much as he would have loved to stay with her for the whole night, he had so much on his agenda and Nico was already outside waiting for him. The banquet was still going on, but Zeke had no intention of showing his face there again. As the automatic King of Euscarria, he now had the country on his shoulders and all power had been shifted to him.

He let out a curse when he stepped out of her room, then gently closed the door behind him.

"Should I assign a few Ladies to look after her?" Asked Nico as he had witnessed the King holding the woman dearly in his arms like she would break.

"Just make sure she has lots to eat and everything she needs when she wakes up." He replied tightly, then gave it a second thought, "And yes, place a maid on her. She would be needing it... Someone strong,"
