As she cleared the path through the mess I’d made, I could already feel her exhaustion, so as I got my emotions under control, we began sharing the power back and forth, both of us weaving, but both giving control at times, the power washing in and out through our hearts, joining us, fueling and bolstering both of us.
Jesse was saturated with it and I watched her in awe, knowing how intoxicating it was to hold that in her hands and restrain it.
