Chapter 122: Fear

Derek did extra fast and got home quickly. Immediately when he was by the entrance to his fort, he heard some loud yelling.

He doesn't need to be told before realizing it was his mate and kids having a little quarrel about something he was yet to know about yet.

"Mom, I gotta go to the beach" Ana shouted enthusiastically.

"No you won't" Diana stood her ground. While Draco on the other hand stood quietly hearing the disturbing conversation his mother and sister were having.

He would have wanted to stop his sister, but she was rather too stubborn. Whereas, his mom wasn't the type that would just heed his words, especially in this situation. It would be clarified that he was trying to pick a side, his sister's side instead.

Derek scoffed and exhaled deeply, they were so locked up in their moment that they didn't notice his presence at all.

After a long while, Draco was the first to notice.

"Dad!!" He shouted and rushed for a hug.

"Son" Derek replied smiling as he swiftly scoop him u
