Chapter 127: The Unknown Man

Derek and Diana rushed out the car the moment they got to Elise's place. Since Diana didn't know the way, trailed behind Derek. When they got to the house, the glass door was left ajar. Immediately he entered, he saw Elise on the floor in tears. She looked disheveled. Her hair was scattered all over her face and body while her forehead was covered in sweat and her face wet with tears.

She quickly stood up and was about to meet Derek but halted when she saw Diana. She sniffed as their eyes locked and they stared at each other. Their mouths said nothing but their eyes were enough to pass their messages across to each other.

Elise noticed Diana hadn't changed a bit. The only change was that she had become more beautiful while Diana reasoned the same thing as well.

Derek couldn't bear watching how they stared at each other and cleared his throat to throw their attention.

"What did you say happened again?" He asked.

Elise averted her gaze to him as tears rolled down her cheeks.
