Looking into his eyes, I could only feel the deathly cold. Those weren't human eyes anymore; it was a demon's gaze.

My body trembled, I fell behind, and I was exhausted and unable to transform into this state. What do I have to do to get out of here?

Richard was about to do something, but suddenly, his action stopped. His face was filled with unease, and he looked out the cave door. He didn't hit me anymore but quickly carried me on his shoulder and ran away. Following that, I heard the sound of soldiers.

Did someone come?

"Help me! Please help me! Brian, I'm here!" I screamed when I smelled Brian; Oralie and I both felt him; he was very close to us.

An angry Richard squeezed my mouth roughly and roared. "Shut up! What use do you call him? Do you think he'll get there in time to save you? Furthermore, he doesn't transform. Do you think he hit me back? It's funny when you put your hopes on a trash guy."
