Chapter 108

Kelsey's POV:

That night I couldn't sleep at all. Tomorrow is an important day in Brian's life, but he doesn't seem to care about the matter at all. But I'm different; I can't stop worrying. Every time I closed my eyes, I started thinking of wandering. Like tomorrow, is someone giving Brian a hard time? I always have a bad feeling about something, but I never knew that awful feeling would happen to me.

Suddenly, a tight armrests around my waist and Brian's hoarse voice slowly echoes in my ears. "Go to sleep. Are you going to stay up until morning?"

I scowled at him, wanted to speak, then sighed again; when I saw him looking at me, I just said good night and closed my eyes.

I get up early in the morning to prepare breakfast and vestments for Brian. Harvey says the designer will deliver them by six o'clock, and everything should be in order by 7 a.m, when the official ceremony occurs.

As I was getting ready for the morning, Brian also woke up. He was not pleased to see that I was busy.
