Chapter 52.2

"Are you going to work?" Matt asked. I woke up before him. We didn't share a room because I need to attend to my sister's needs and it feels so wrong to do it. I am feeling like I need to start being distant from him because I am just hurting him.

We both got tired from the shopping yesterday. We didn't do much aside from walking each corner of the mall just to find something important. I didn't even get the chance to buy something for myself because first, I don't have much money and I think I don't need to spend money for myself.

Matt was talking about his work. He was talking about his workmates and all the while me, I can't do the same. I will just nod at him while listening to all of his chants even if I don't understand the sequence of his storytelling anymore.
