Chapter 51.2

“Matt?!” I exclaimed when I saw him inside my sister’s room.

I couldn’t say a word and stood frozen in my spot, almost dropping the food that the lady gave me. He smiles at me, slowly standing up while I couldn’t even be processed what is happening right now. He is here and he is smiling at me, trying to reach my hands as he stood in front of me.

“I missed you,” he softly said.

I can see the happiness in his eyes when he stares at me for a moment before giving me a tight hug. “I missed you, babe,” he whispered near my ear, sniffing my scent. He loved my smell and that didn’t change. He put his chin on my shoulder while I couldn’t hug him with the way he is hugging me.

“How are you here?” I asked. I couldn’t hear my voice properly because of the loud thug of my heart. It doesn’t beat on him but it beats for some reason. Some reason that I know will hurt Matt.

I patted his back before he slowly loosens his tight hug. “You looked beautiful as always,” he says when he got the chance to st
