“Hello, Mr. Harrison. It's good to see you.” Switching to professional mode, Isla stood up and shook hands with him.

“I heard you've been here since last night,” Lucas said.

“How did you know, Mr. Harrison?”

“Mira told me through the phone.”

‘Oh, really?’ Heidi nodded her head, realization settling in. So he'd been close to his phone, only choosing to ignore her call.

“Hey, Heidi. You're back from the hospital.” Lucas sat beside her, his voice soft with tenderness. “Are you feeling better now?”

Heidi hesitated before answering, catching a strange fragrance from his shirt which didn't belong to him. “Y-Yeah. Dr. Shawn treated me well.”

“Good. Drake is on the run. The Police are searching for him. I'll get justice for you very soon.”
