As the creatures were scaling the walls of the castle, the soldiers were trying to shoot them down with their bow and arrows and they were successfully getting a lot of them, but there were more and more of them jumping across the fire lit mote. It took a little while for everyone to get ready and then they all gathered out the front of the stone wall that surrounded the castle. Everyone was getting their horses ready and Arthur walked up to me. “Come on.” Arthur said, holding his hand out. “We’re sharing a horse? I can walk.” I said. So he walked a little closer to me. “I know what Troy said to you earlier. Just because he said it, doesn’t mean I am going to act on it. I know that you are desperately trying to get home to your mate. And as you said, I don’t know you well enough to have feelings. So just ignore him. Arthur and I noticed that we were locked in that room alone, his other men had been captured by her soldiers somewhere along the route to the room, but we were too interested in what was happening right in front of us. Knowing that my pregnancy was progressing like it would be in my world, I was unsure of just how long it would take for me to give birth. I could only have a week or two for all I know. Arthur looked really worried about it as well. I don’t think he was all that keen about having to deliver a baby. We saw the witch disappear with his soldiers and there was no way to warn the men at his castle, in case the witch was planning on attacking them. I was pushed out of the way at the last second by someone who was then thrown down the hall by the electric blast. I heard Arthur start yelling and I turned around to see Uther on the ground and Arthur’s men were surrounding him. Mila started approaching us again, striking at us however she could, but I noticed that her anger was causing her to be careless and reckless. She wasn’t hitting anyone. She was just aiming towards them and hitting the building around them. So I got up and instead of using any magic against her right now, I charged at her and tackled her to the ground. I got up and kicked her in the face and stopped on her chest, causing her to have trouble breathing for a moment. I stood back and she rolled to the side and she saw the blood coming from her face, wiping it away with her hand. As the dragon and I were battling it out, it started to realize that we weren’t going to be easy prey. When it had been distracted long enough, Arthur and his men snuck around the side and used their swords to slice the dragon’s legs. It was enough to get it’s attention and it fell back slightly, drawing it fire back from me and giving me the advantage. I released my fire at the dragon again, hitting it directly in the middle of the chest and causing it to catch on fire. It stumbled around and back into the middle of the mountain until it fell to the ground and didn’t get back up. It took us two days to get back to Arthur’s castle, and I was surprised to see that the damage from the attack was already fixed. His men worked pretty quickly around here. Even though it had only been two days, my stomach had swollen a lot more than it was when I killed Mila. I was actually a little curious to know how far along I was now. Because I had no idea and there was no way of telling until I got home. As soon as we got to the castle we were greeted with a hero’s welcome. It had already spread across the land that the black witch was dead. And the whole realm was rejoicing and celebrating the news. “You’re a local hero around here. Are you sure you want to leave?” Arthur asked. “As much as I think this place is beautiful, it’s not home.” I said. “I know. Come on, let’s go and see what they’ve found out.” He said. So we went inside and there were people scattered everywhere over two rooms of the castle. “Your majesty.” A woman said, bowing her head for Arthur.
