Another two days passed, and Hailey’s mother, Eva Winters, called her to inquire about the heart transplant. Although Travis Blake had said he would take care of it, that was before Hailey kicked him. Now, she wasn’t sure if he would help her at all. Hailey suddenly found all of this troublesome.

However, she had already married into the Harvey family and had become a widow. Who knows how long she would have to stay? If Travis Blake never gives his approval, she might have to stay here forever. Finding someone willing to donate their heart for her family shouldn’t be too much to ask, right?
