I was so overwhelmed with my feelings for Diane that I wasn’t able to fully notice how she would feel right now. All I knew was she somehow stiffened from my touch.
Sunshine flooded through my soul and I could barely conceal my delight. I felt pumped and had gotten even more alive. Our combined heartbeats seemed to make me feel giddy with excitement. It appeared that my dull worries about Diane leaving me earlier had been automatically muted.
Adrenaline was gushing through my veins and I was vibrating with so much anticipation in our present situation. There was no worrying about the past and no anxiety about the future. Diane only mattered and I could say that she felt the same attraction towards me too.
