Camila feels stupid.

Camila began to intertwine her sweaty fingers on the table of a restaurant near the city park. Occasionally, she glanced at the watch on her wrist. It was already twenty minutes past lunchtime, making Camila feel anxious. Would Pedro come? Was his invitation just a joke? Not to mention the restaurant waiter had approached her several times to ask if she would order food or not, finally making Camila reluctantly order a drink.

Camila still hoped that Pedro would come, even if she would only listen to his rejection. At least, Safir would feel relieved to continue his schooling in California because his feelings were no longer hidden, which had been like a burden in his heart. At least, if Pedro really rejected her, maybe Camila would start sorting out her heart and finding a new love, Camila thought.
