Chapter 63 - Kayden, let go of me…

As I entered, the maid rushed to me. “Madam, you’re finally back. Sir is in the gym and he hasn’t come out.”

I sighed inwardly. Who knew that Kayden could be so petty? He was still upset even after all this time. It was just an appointment. And I had told him over the phone that I’d be late.

I quietly opened the door to the gym and peeked inside. Kayden was exercising, his back glistening with sweat, his muscles flexing with each movement. He was topless, wearing only a pair of exercise shorts, and I couldn’t help but admire his form. He was like a walking embodiment of pheromones, and I found it hard to take my eyes off him.
