The villas here are cottage-style houses, each with its own small garden. When my mother was alive, she filled the garden with climbing roses. When the flowers bloomed, the roses would cover the walls, creating a beautiful sight in an instant.

After getting married, Max was concerned that I might feel melancholic seeing these things and suggested that we move out. So, we decided to buy the spacious 300-square-meter apartment where we currently live.

With the window partially open, I caught a glimpse of the stern and cold face of the man in the driver's seat within seconds.
