Leia knows that something is wrong from the moment Mark steps into the room.

She swallows as she takes a look at his strained expression.

Leia's heart races as Mark silently approaches her. "Leia," he begins, his voice lacking the confidence he was known for,

"I know we were supposed to get married in four days, but I think it would be better if we pushed the wedding forward a bit."

Leia's eyes widened in surprise. "Pushed forward? But why, Mark? Everything's been planned for today." She says incredulously.

Mark takes a deep breath, looking into her eyes earnestly.

"Leia, I've been talking to the doctors, and they think it would be better for you to take your medicine a little longer before the wedding. It's for your good. We want you to feel your best on our special day." He says gently, his hand lifting to brush along her cheek.
