I followed the familiar scent of the new girl, Lilith, while in my wolf form. There was more about this girl that I needed to know. What was her home life like? Who could I use against her? My main concern was her destroying my plans of becoming Luna for this pack. If I didn't get rid of her soon, I would lose my chance of gaining this pack's power.
Currently, Lilith was only a threat to me by being the mate of the Alpha. There were ways to prevent her from reaching her potential and I was going to use each and every chance I got.
A scent is like a fingerprint, unique and different from anyone else's. Lilith's was easy to follow as I discovered her home. Simon's POV We brought Lil back to Su's home and went straight for our room. Connor did not push me to hand her to him and I could only assume it was because he thought I needed her. He was right. Lilith may die from the spell draining her.... Everyone may die because of Jenny if she survived.... Everything is in Susi’s hands right now.
