Dahlia ~
I turned away quickly, silently praying to the Moon Goddess that Kaden wouldn’t connect the dots. He had only seen us for a fleeting moment after our parents brought him home before he was sent off to this school and besides, how rare was it to see two short boys with silver hair? “Let’s move along,” Vincent said his tone clipped, as he picked up his pace as if he had better places to be— he probably did. I didn’t need to be told twice. We reached the dormitories shortly after we passed the break area. The building was enormous, divided into wings for each student class ranked by strength. Vincent led us up a grand spiral staircase to the third floor and down a polished hallway before stopping at a heavy oak door. I did not bother myself with asking why we were at the wing for the strongest students. We were late so there probably wasn’t enough space in the other wings to accommodate us. “These will be your quarters,” he said, pushing the door open to reveal a spacious room with six beds neatly arranged along the walls. Each bed had a small trunk at its foot, and the room was surprisingly warm and inviting, with thick rugs and large windows that let in plenty of sunlight. It had a minimalistic modern bohemian interior design. “You’ll have four roommates,” Vincent informed us. “They should be in class now, so you’ll meet them later.” I let out a small sigh of relief. At least we’d have a moment of peace to adjust and plan before dealing with whoever these boys were. “Your clothes and necessities as well as sanitary material are in the trunks at the foot of your beds. There’s a schedule inside as well. Be punctual to your classes, and remember—any trouble, and you’ll find yourselves out of here faster than you can blink.” Vincent’s gaze lingered on us for a moment before he turned and left. Once the door clicked shut, Sienna immediately began rummaging through her trunk. I sat down on the edge of my new soft bed, taking in the luxurious surroundings. “This place is insane,” Sienna muttered, holding up a pristine white uniform with gold embellishments. “I feel like we’re in a palace.” I nodded absently, my thoughts still on Kaden and the Vicious Boys. What had Vincent meant by their reputation? “I never really considered the fact that we would be sharing a room with a bunch of boys,” I said as I dug into the pockets of my clothes and brought out a bunch of female sanitary items enough to last us for the three months we would be there. “Put those away, fast,” Sienna said as though someone was going to barge into the room at any moment. I arched a confused brow at her. “We need to check for cameras and wiretaps,” she said standing on the bed to check the light switches and bulbs. After I tucked the sanitary items into the bottom part of my trunk, I joined her to check the bathroom and toilets. In the process, I noticed that there were six toilets but only one bathroom with six bath stalls. Fuck! “Isn't this school rich enough to provide each student their own bathrooms for extra privacy?” I wailed. “Maybe they did not consider the fact that two girls could infiltrate their Academy, boys don't care about privacy after all.” “So what's the plan?” I questioned and she rolled her eyes at me. “Ugh, and we have regular Sienna back again,” “Maybe I wouldn't be like this if you weren't so irritating,” she said, “this whole thing was your idea so you shouldn't be asking me about ‘the plan’,” “Don't act like you're not part of the kingdom that was destroyed, we both have to do this together and you know it,” I hesitated for a moment before I said the next part. “We were both there the day Mom and Dad were killed and our kingdom was destroyed, everything we knew gone for reasons we do not still understand —” “That's enough, you do not need to remind me,” “Obviously I have to,” I muttered. She narrowed her eyes and shot me a deadly glare which I ignored. “So the plan… first during our stay in this school we will search for the hidden location of the kingmaker gemstone, with it we will change our appearance and apply for the Luna trials because the prophecy —” “Says that a silver haired woman would be the downfall of the Alpha king and the kingdom of Lunaria and we won't be allowed to contest at all without changing our appearance,” She completed. “Good,” I said with a small teasingly proud smile on my face. “Well, that doesn't seem too difficult,” Sienna remarked sarcastically. “I hope the goddess doesn't have plans to make this more difficult than it should be.” We changed quickly into the sleeping clothes provided— soft, comfortable shirts with loose pants. The bands across my chest were so tight that I could barely breathe. “We will be lucky not to develop any respiratory issues after this whole ordeal,” Sienna just hummed a response, she was already tucked into bed and half asleep. I was just about to collapse onto the bed and wake up the next day when the door slammed open with a bang. The noise startled me, and I whipped my head around to see four tall figures filling the doorway, they were talking so loudly and laughing like wild animals without a single care on the planet. My heart sank to my stomach as the realization smacked me like a boulder. It was them. The Vicious Boys. Fuck no! The platinum haired one spoke first, his icy blue pretty eyes scanning the room with a lazy arrogance. His gaze landed on Sienna and me, and he arched a brow. “Well, well,” he drawled, his voice smooth and light in a way that was so attractive. “Looks like we’ve got some fresh meat roommates.” The one with jet-black hair followed, leaning casually against the doorframe. “You’re in our room?” he asked, his tone laced with amusement. “Aren't you scared?” I couldn’t speak. My mouth was dry, my heart pounding as I tried to think of anything to say. Beside me, Sienna was equally frozen. The red haired boy with the green eyes crossed his arms, with a smile spreading across his pretty lips as he pushed up his glasses with one long finger revealing his veiny hand in the process. “Take it easy on them boys, we need to let them get accustomed to their new environment before we show them who rules the school.” And then Kaden stepped into view with his strong hands folded across his defined chest. Yeah… we were totally fucked.Kaden ~These girls were so fucking dumb! What on earth were they doing in this den of dangerous wolves? And now they would be sharing a room with me these wild animals.I despised these boys, in fact, everyone hated everyone in this school, but cliques and packs had to be formed for added protection from more dangerous people.Anyone without a pack here was seen as an easy target for others to use to prove themselves and instill fear on others. We were all cruel, of course I was not excluded. The clique that currently ruled the school— The Vicious boys— had dragged me and forced me to be their alpha because everyone could feel the sheer power that emanated from me the very moment I stepped into the school. They needed me on their side because they knew if I entered any other pack they would instantly be dethroned from their spot as Alphas of Alphas.I liked the violence they brought to the school, it ignited my overabundamt reserves of adrenaline and I was able to let out years of a
Dahlia ~“So what are you telling me?” Sienna asked me with one brow arched up in suspicion. “I’m not loosing my virginity to these mindless savages!”“Oh come on! Do you want to get fucking caught? Our virginities are nothing compared to what is at stake!” I whisper yelled. We were in the bathroom of our dorm room and we had to practically skip a class to have this conversation in private.“We won't get caught, Kaden is just trying to get into our pants cant you see that?” She countered. “Our scents aren't half as strong as that.”“Not yet, but soon enough it will get stronger and we won't be able to control it and by then it would be too late already.”After a pause, Sienna slid against the wall until she was fully seated on the floor with her face in her palms.“I hate my life!” she cried.“Me too, but we have to—”I was interrupted by the sound of voices in the dorm room. Were they back already? Classes weren't over until an hour at least so what the fuck were they doing here?“We
Kaden ~ “Well, not exactly fuck fuck, you could use our mouths and hands,” Dahlia said and Sienna, Obviously the more reasonable one, realized this foolishness for what it was and she stayed quiet. What could be their reason to go through such lengths? If they knew what I planned to do with their pretty bodies they wouldn't have dared propose this. But unfortunately for them, they did, and I would make sure they regretted every fucking moment. Yes, I was a hate filled bastard that yearned to make everyone around me hateful as well. I would make their lives hell.I knew what they were the moment they made mention of needing blood, Scarvyns, blood sucking witches. I was repulsed to say the least. But these goons obviously did not care about what they even were. “Fuck yeah!” Silas said with a crazed smirk on his face. “I always thought you both were smoking hot but now,” he leaned down to toy with a strand of Dahlia’s hair, “as girls, you're even better… I'm taking the first ro
Sienna ~Orion’s blood was sweeter than anything I had ever tasted in my life, my head spun as my nails sunk even deeper into his skin, tearing flesh and drawing blood.I knew I would regret doing this by morning, but I honestly couldn't care less, I was turned on beyond belief… and those deep sounds that erupted from the back of his throat were not helping matters at all.Scarvyn venom was powerful, and these alphas were no match, no matter how deadly or dangerous they were, they would become ours now, unable to harm us and bound to protect us because we were the only ones who could give them this feeling.I sank my fangs even deeper and my legs wrapped around his waist while his hands snaked down to grab my ass roughly. I could feel the hot bulge of his desire against my skin but I ignored it… I had to… or else I would lose my mind and do something I would definitely regret in the morning. His hand slid inward, nearly touching my most sacred parts—“That's enough,” that was Silas’s
Dahlia ~“I can't believe this is what our life has come to,” Sienna wailed as we headed to class.I truly did not want to be reminded of the previous night.“Can you stop wailing for once and just focus, you're not the only one going through shit,” I whispered as a group of males rushed past us, nearly knocking me over. “Hey!” I protested and the male turned back to give a wink and a middle finger to both of us.I rolled my eyes, I was getting used to their lack of morals.“We don't have to do it for like another week or so,” Sienna said. I turned to her and arched a brow in question. “Kaden said we needed to get fucked to reduce our pheromones, but he obviously overestimated it, the blowjobs were more than enough to do that, and it should be about a week from now before our pheromone levels rise again,” Sienna said. Dahlia did not like the sudden flutter of butterflies in her belly at the mention of his name. Not butterflies— roaches… she tried to convince herself.“As long as
Dahlia ~“So the first training is the Dominance and Leadership Training, as Alpha’s you need to learn how to take control of your packs. This involves learning conflict resolution, establishing authority, and commanding obedience even under pressure,” Naima explained. Then she pointed to the words projected behind her. “Next is Hunting and Tracking, you will be trained to lead packs, stalking prey, and organizing group attacks.”She kept explaining, number three was combat and self defense training, we would engage in physical training in both human and wolf forms, focusing on hand to hand combat training. How on earth were we supposed to fight in wolf forms? I let out a heavy exhale… we will cross that bridge when we get there.Number four was pack bonding, here we would participate in mock rituals under the full moon to increase the connection between pack members. We would participate in three tests after the training. Territory defense, crisis, and survival. They sounded impo
Dahlia ~The sound of movement around me dragged me from my slumber, and I groaned as Sienna stirred in the bed beside me.“Wake up,” she muttered, but her voice was thick with exhaustion. “I think we’re late.”My eyes peeled open to see that she had gotten up to make her bed. It was way too early for all this.It was barely even first light.“You mean ‘late’ as in a little late,” I said, dragging the words out, “or late as in we’re screwed?”Sienna glanced at me pointedly, her short hair wild. “Considering I just saw Aurelian and Silas walk out the door fully dressed, I’m guessing we’re screwed.”She wasn’t wrong. By the time I slid out of bed, the others were almost ready. To my right, Kaden stood near his bed, buttoning up a black shirt that fit him entirely too well. I caught glimpses of hard muscle beneath the fabric, the cursed black markings twisting over his skin glimmered as though tiny stars lived within them. And then there was Orion. He leaned against the wall as he waited
Sienna ~“Well, unfortunately, they’re our roommates,” I heard Dahlia say. Naima’s sharp eyes widened at us like we’d just confessed to treason. She sighed dramatically and pinched the bridge of her nose. “Roommates. Of course, the goddess loves to be entertained?”“There’s nothing we can do about it,” Dahlia said with a shrug like this was just another Tuesday.Naima raised a brow, lips curling in disbelief. “Have you fed on them yet?”I froze mid-breath. Dahlia, too. The air suddenly felt too thick.Naima’s gaze darted between us, her face twisting with frustration as understanding dawned. “Oh, for the love of—” She let out a string of curses so creative I was impressed. My brow also arched in confusion.“But—” I started, “in our defense, you told us to find males to feed on.”“Yes,” she hissed, waving her hand like I was missing the point. “Males. Could have been anyone, not them.”Her glare could’ve burned through steel.“You two listen to me,” she said, her tone icy and low. “Th
Sienna ~“We shouldn't have done that,” I blurted out, breaking the silence, “what do you think people would say if they found out about us?” I questioned. My body still hummed with pleasure from the things Orion had made me feel, I had come over and over until I lost count. He had prioritized my pleasure over his and I made a mental note to make it up to him soon. My cheek was pressed against the warmth of his chest and the steady thrum of his heartbeat was so calming to my troubled mind.I wanted to be here, wrapped in the security of his strong arms forever. Yes, I was willing to admit it to myself now, I was tired of fighting these things I felt and I was ready to fully give in now.“I don't know… why should they care?” he questioned, “why should we?”“Oh come on, Orion, a Scarvyn and a werewolf fucking?” I said, “And not just any Scarvyn, the acting queen? Our people are not exactly at peace with each other considering Kaden just kidnapped one of our queens, and of course the ag
Dahlia ~The slippery wet engorged tip of Kaden’s cock nudged against my sensitive upper lip and I stuck out my tongue and tasted the saltiness of the underside of his tip. I felt his twitch on my tongue. He was so deliciously sensitive, perhaps I could enjoy this.I parted my lips for him and he slipped in, wet and salty.A loud groan erupted from his chest. “Let me see those eyes,” he said and my gaze snapped up to meet his. His eyes were completely dead, completely void of emotion, maybe I had managed to kill Kaden that night of the claiming ceremony, because whoever this was before me sure wasn't him.His strong hangers tangled into my hair before he shoved himself into the back of my throat with so much force that I gagged and struggled against him, but his grip was far too powerful. I couldn't breathe and I tried speaking to beg him to let me but the sounds only came out as a moan around him. “You deserve this, Dahlia, you deserve so much worse,” he finally pulled out enough
Sienna~ I sat on the floor of the empty throne room and the bitter sounds of my sobs echoed.Dahlia was gone and I had let Kaden take her, I was far too powerless to do anything. The weight of it crushed me and fingers violently dug into the cold marble as if I could steady myself, but there was nothing steady about this moment. Nothing that could stop this overwhelming sadness from swallowing me whole. This wasn’t how it was supposed to happen. We were supposed to win and everything was supposed to go according to plan!I wrapped my arms around myself and squeezed tight in an attempt to hold myself together when everything inside me was breaking.Warm hands found my shoulders. My body tensed from the contact.“Come here,” Orion said as he pulled me to him and I let myself fall into his embrace. I pressed my forehead to his chest and my fingers curled into his shirt. His strong arms locked around me and it felt like he could hold all the broken pieces of my heart in place.I let mys
Dahlia ~What could be more horrible than being reduced to Kaden’s pet? And it was so much worse because of the state he was in.Those glacier blue eyes never left mine as he took off his shirt and tossed it to the floor beside me. His scent flooded my senses, and I gulped thickly. His keen eyes noticed the movement and a lazy smirk graced his lips.“You look hungry, your majesty,” Kaden said to me as he looked down at my kneeling figure. It felt so degrading the way he was looking at me while calling me with that title.I looked away from him in an attempt to distract myself from my riding hunger. He stepped closer to me and squatted until his chiseled abdomen was at my eye level, forcing me to look up at him. “Don’t stress your pretty self too much, fortunately for you, I want your venom now.” Why was he being so soft on me? I expected so much worse… but maybe he was playing a psychological game. It sure felt like it.Maybe I should try explaining my reasons for my actions, yeah
Dahlia ~ “No, you can't take my sister away, stop, she is the only family I have left!” Sienna’s cries echoed through the place as I was taken away, Kaden refused to touch me and he had his soldiers drag me through the halls. Orion held Sienna back, halting her movements as she foolishly tried to get to me. I was thankful for Orion, Kaden was far too volatile now, I could feel it through this bond we shared, if Sienna did anything silly, she would certainly die. I couldn't stop my fear and regret from showing on my face during the carriage ride back to Lunaris. I was left alone with my raging thoughts and anxiety. Sienna would rule the Scarvyn empire as the sole queen, I had been stripped of my titles the moment I made that offer. My fingers absentmindedly moved to touch the cold silver of my crown. I didn't take it off my head as it upheld whatever was left of my dignity. “You belong to me now, little witch, every single part of you is mine now,” I remembered Kaden saying befor
Dahlia ~The morning of my coronation was perfect to say the least. The sky was painted in the prettiest shades of pink and azure, and it was as though the gods themselves were blessing this day. From my window, the white streets of Scarvyn looked renewed with life under the light of the sun.But despite all the beauty that surrounded me on this day, there was a crushing weight on my chest, as though calamity loomed over me for some reason.I took a slow breath and focused on my reflection as Sienna fastened the final clasp at the back of my gown.It was a beauty in scarlet red.The color of our empire.Sienna and I looked identical today, twin queens who looked indistinguishable.I should have felt beautiful and powerful, but that sensation of impending doom would not let me.I turned to Sienna. “Do you feel that?”She adjusted her earrings and barely spared me a glance. “Feel what?”Oh well, I had put too much faith in twin intuition. Something was coming.Something terrible. But b
Dahlia ~The Scarvyn Empire belonged to the Scarvyn’s again. The rogues were gone, their filthy blood stained the pristine white stone of our streets, their corpses left to burn far outside the gates where they belonged. But standing in the middle of what was left of my home, I was supposed to feel nostalgia or perhaps a bit of joy if I was being greedy, but all I felt was a strange, hurting emptiness. The streets were silent, they had been stripped bare of all the life I remembered them having as a child. The atmosphere reeked with the scent of smoke and old blood, but beneath it, one could still catch faint traces of what once was, honeysuckle from old gardens, incense from the temples, the warm, rich scent of freshly baked bread that used to fill the markets. My heart squeezed with a sudden burst of emotion. It had been so long since I’d last walked these white streets. And yet, I could still picture everything exactly as it was before the rogues took it from us. The maroon banner
Dahlia ~The drive to the Scarvyn stronghold was silent. And not the peaceful kind. The suffocating kind. The kind that made my chest feel too tight and my throat too dry. I stared out the window and watched with unseeing eyes as the forest blurred past in streaks of black and silver, the moon barely cast enough light to pierce the copse trees.I should have felt relief right? I was back. I was going home. But all I could think about was the way Kaden’s eyes darkened with so much hurt, so much heartbreak when he realized what I had tried to do. The way his voice had cracked when he said those words, ‘You were going to kill me.’I squeezed my eyes shut, pressing my fingers against my temples.Stop thinking about him, I told myself, even when I knew that was highly impossible.Lord Malachi was the first to break the silence. “We’re here.”I opened my eyes as the car slowed to a stop.I hadn't been to the stronghold in what felt like ages but had barely been a week. Through the windshie
Sienna ~This was taking too long and I had the dreadful feeling that something was wrong.Twin intuition perhaps? I hoped not.I sat stiffly in the backseat of the car as my fingers tapped anxiously against my thigh. My heart pounded a little too fast. The road ahead was nothing but darkness with a thick forest on each side of us. We should have been gone by now because everything had been planned out perfectly. The moment Kaden was dead, Dahlia would vanish, reappear here, and we’d be gone before anyone even knew what had happened. By the time the kingdom realized their Alpha King was nothing more than a lifeless corpse, we would be far, far away. But she wasn’t here yet and I couldn't help the rising panic.I clenched my jaw and glanced at Lord Malachi. He was sitting next to me looking completely relaxed as he flipped through a book like this was just some regular night and not the moment that would decide our futures.I narrowed my eyes. “We should go back.”He didn’t even look
