Alexander’s Pov

We were yet to arrive at the new house where Amelia would be staying at, but I was already receiving complaints from my security back at the mansion.

I had told them to keep a close look at One because I couldn’t trust her presence around.

“Is everything okay?” Amelia asked the minute I dropped the call.

I took in a deep breath and nodded calmly, even if a massive frown was plastered on my face. The complaint I had just gotten about One disgusted me to the core that I wished I could strangle her.

“You haven’t replied”, Amelia observed as she searched through my eyes, with a worried look dancing on her face.

I caressed her hands softly while I used the other to hold the steering.

“One has a fight with one of my men. He broke a bone…”, I explained to Amelia who yelped and closed her mouth in shock.

“But why will she do that?” She asked again, with her face contorted in rage.

“She was found sneaking around and when she was warned, she decided to go violent”, I replied
