Chapter 89 - Everyone moves in opposite directions

Vlad was furious. The time for the departure to attack the mutts' pack had arrived and no one had been able to find Orpheus. It wasn't enough that Romeo was in an uncertain part, either by his own will or kidnapped by the mutts, now Orpheus was missing without facing punishment. Vlad knew that much of Orpheus's fault for being like this was his, but deep down he also knew that he was ambitious and had a bad character.

Apparently, he had a son who wanted him dead. No, a son that had tried to kill him.

There was no crime more heinous than trying to kill the king. How could he forgive Orpheus, simply because he was his son?

The orders are explicit, no one sleeps until Orpheus is found. Secret passages, old hiding places, closed rooms, closets, whatever it is, everything must be seen and searched, to ensure that he wasn't hidden there. Vlad knew it was impossible for him to have left the palace. Even with his super speed, he hadn't had time.

That his secretary had died was another headach
