Chapter 6

Next day , after Christmas party was over everyone was tired from all the fun so they decided they won't train Arthur had nothing to do now since the morning . After getting up he went to the market after eating . Then , he went back to the inn and sat down on the bed . At this time Stella is heading towards the inn they were all staying inn . 

She got in and went towards Arthur's room . '' Hey, do you have anything to do now ?'' she asked barging in . Seeing him he got up . '' No , i don't have anything to do now they said no training for the day so i am free now all day '' he assserted . 

'' Then do you wanna go somewhere ?'' she said , smirking . '' Where ?'' he asked . '' That is to the forest of the elves '' she replied . '' Elves ? you mean the mythical beings who has pointy ears and small figures , who are immortal and immune to all kinds of diseases '' he said , not being able to believe his ears . 

'' Yes , Elves , i will take you to the place where they stay and train and you can also train with them '' she replied . '' So they do reall exist , i had thought that they exist only in fairytales '' he was surprised . 

'' In wasteland you can see all kinds of things that don't exist in other places , it goes beyond human imagination , all the things that you thing don't exist exist here '' she replied . 

'' I will go there definietly take me there '' he insisted . '' We will fly to there come with me '' she said taking his hand . '' Wait , fly ? oh you are a fairy , but i won't fall down will i ?'' he screamed in fear . 

'' No you won't look at the view outside '' . she laughed . '' Just open '' . '' But ..but '' he opened his eyes in fear . He was amazed at the view he was seeing from above the sky . Boundless sky and clouds . 

'' This looks just amazing '' he remarked . '' I know right now i will speed up '' she said . After a while they reached one river that was in the sky . '' We will go through this '' she said . ''Hey, this is the river we will drown ''he screamed . 

'' No , you won't don't worry '' she giggled . They went through the river . '' Hey we are not wet at all '' he remarked . '' Cause that is just an illusion '' she replied . Then they reached the place the forest of the elves . 

'' Is this the place ?'' he asked . '' You got it right '' she said . '' This looks just beautiful '' he commented . '' The trees and the forests yellow leaves along with red ones , trees so dark and thick '' he was struck in wonder . 

'' We will land now '' said she . '' WHAT are you intruders doing here ?'' asked one voice . '' Hey , it's you Lisa take us to the elder elf '' said Stella . '' Stella , long time no see but who is this one along with you new face or something ?' she asked . 

'' YES , HE IS Arthur new comrade from the human world ''Stella replied . '' I see , well follow me '' said the elf . '' Hey , can i touch your ears to see whether they are real or not ?'' Arhur asked from behind while walking . 

'' What , hey is something wrong with this human why does he want to touch my ears ?'' asked Lisa freaking out . '' Don't mind him , he hasn't seen elves in hhis life that''s why , let tim touch it once '' STella said . 

'' That's why you humans should never come here in the first place '' Lisa snapped '' why did you bring him here ?'' . Arthur went from behind her and touched both of her ears . She squealed in surprise . 

''Hey , they are real '' he said . '' Yes , they are now get off '' said Lisa getting angry . '' Oh okay '' he backed down . ''' Please forgive me '' Stella apologizea . '' It's okay he's new we have reached a little more to go ''she said going forward . 

They both followed her . '' Here , we have arrived '' she said . The place was in the middle of the forest . It was a valley surrounded by trees at both sides in the middle a river inside the valley .

'' This is so beautiful '' Arthur remarked . They passed by some trees . Inside there was one big tree . So many elves were there . '' Arthur , don't overreact , they don't like humans that much '' Stella warned him . 

Arthur ignored her warning and continued to look at them . The other elves gazed at him strangely . '' Hey , don't you smell a human '?'' one elve said to another . '' Smelling the air the other elv replied '' Yes i do smell one human but from where ? it seems to be nearby '' .

'' Arthur come with me '' said Lisa taking his hand . ''She dragged him along with her . They reached the tree where the elder elf was sitting . '' Father , i bought Stella and her new comrade with me '' said Lisa . 

The elder elf had white hair long and skinny body wearing a cape and coat. '' Long time no see , father '' saying this Stella bowed her head . '' OH Stella it's been a while since you came here the last time '' said the elder elf . 

'' I knw but thsi time i bought someone along with me ''' said she . '' Is this the one you are with , but why does he seem like human though and also smell like one ?'' he asked raising one eyebrow .

'' Cause ,he is one don't be afraid of him '' Stella begged . ''But , bringing one human is going against our moral '' the elder elf said .'' Wh di you bring him here ?'' .

'' He's our new comrade who came from the human world ,i took him here to train with us '' said Stella . '' Does Richard , know about him ?'' he asked . '' Yes , he does '' Arthur retorted  

'' Then , okay , you are welcome here boy '' the man smiled for the first time . '' Should i take him where others train ?'' Lisa asked . '' Yes , take him '' he permitted .. 

'' Let's go '' she said . They went into the valley where they train Archery . Manyelves were training there . Arriving there Arthur said '' hey is this called Arhery ?'' . '' YES , but it's quite different from the one you must have seen in the human the arrows they use is enhanced with magic '' Lisa replied . 

Suddenly , one arrow came and passed by his face . He fell down . '' Hey , are you okay ?'' Stella and Lisa both asked . '' Sorry , were you hurt ?'' came one boy running towards them . '' Hey , what is a human doing here ?'' he asked frowing . 

'' He came taking the permission of father '' Lisa replied sternly . '' Is that so ?'' he held hs hand towards Arthur to help him in order to get up . '' Thanks '' Arthur took his hand . 

'' So , what are you doing here ?';' he asked . '' Take him to train with you '' said Stella . '' Long time no see Stella , you have become so beautiful '' he remarked taking her hand and kissing it . 

'' Yeah , i know i want you to train this guy so that he may be able to hit one arrow against your comrades ''Stella said amusingly . '' Do you think he will be able to do that ?'' he asked . '' I can gurantee that cause he wants to learn alchemy '' she replied . 

'' i see , then let's go boy what's your name ?'' he asked . ''Arthur '' . '' Arthur , i am Luke '' he replied '' let's go '' . '' I will show you how much powerful we are '' said he . 

'' We will be watching you '' said Stella following behind . Luke took Arthur into the woods by the river . Many elves were training archery there . '' You , guys we have one new friend who wants to challenge us let's show him what we can do'' he shouted . 

They looked at him as enemy . '' Here catch '' Luke threw one arrow and bow at him . '' Stand in fron of one tree and try to shoot one of the fruits in there you have three try go '' Luke said . 

'' It's not that much of a big deal '' Arthur utters . He picks up the bow and arrow he takes one arrow and tries to shoot it . In the first attempt , he failed . In the second try .'' Focus '' he reminded himself . 

He failed one more time . All the elves started laughing at him . '' Arthur , focus i know you can do it '' Stella cheered from the sky . '' Yeah you can , show that Luke bastard what humans can do '' Lisa shouted . 

'' You are so small Lisa , your chest is small too '' Arthur smirked . '' Hey , what are you talking about you rude ''' she shouted . In the third attempt . '' Empty your mind and focus as if there is nothing but the fruit and attack '' he chanted these words to himself . 

'' Now '' the arrow shot and the fruit fell from the tree and opened in half . '' You did it '' Stella cheered . '' Hey , what was that thing about my chest huh ?'' LISA said coming towards him . All the elves were shocked . 

'' iT WAS to calm mind mind and focus '' Arthur replied . '' BUt you did it anyway '' she said . '' I need to praise you for that '' Stella said coming from the sky . '' I need to admit you have some skills , '' Luke sneered at him . 

'' I recognise you as an individual then Arthur ''Luke said taking his hand . '' Humans aren't all talk '' Arthur retorted . '' You are right i am sorry '' he apologized . 

'' How did you threw the holy arrow which only the elves can hold ? '' said elder elf coming from the crowd . They all bowed in his prescence . '' I don't know , i felt as if the bow was telling me to how to achieve my objective and it became a part of me like a friend '' Arthur replied . 

'' What '' the elder elf was shocked . '' Years ago someone had said the same thing to me and he didn't knew archery too and suceeded in first try its been a while someone had said those words to me '' he stated tears falling down his face '' i wonder how is he doing now ?'' . 

'' Who is that ?'' Arthur asked . '' An old aquaintance of mine the alchemist Alexandrite '' he replied . '' So ,he was also like me ?'' Arthur asks . '' Yes '' he replied . '' Arthur wants to be a alchemist too '' Stella said .

'' Alchemist ? this boy ? human boy ? do you think that's possible ?'' he asked . '' Yes '' Arthur asserts . Elder elf broke out into laughter evryone was looking at him . '' I am sorry but , do you think you can achieve that ?'' asked he with serious eyes at Arthur . 

'' Yes i can , no matter how hard this journey will be '' he replies . '' Only one alchemist has suceeded , do you think a mere human like you can achieve alchemy ?'' he asks gazing at him , 

'' We won't kno untill we try '' Arthur says proudly . '' Good ,good kid , now i understand why Richard had let you stay here , you are no ordinary human '' he says . '' You can train here untill you like we will provide you with all hospitality we have '' . 

' Thank you ''Arthur says . '' But what about his training there ?'' Stella asks . '' It can wait '' says elder elf . '' Call me father like others does '' says he . '' Father '' Arthur utters '' i feel like i have known you for a long time '' . 

'' Me too '' elf replies . '' Go back to training '' Lisa says . '' Yes '' Luke agrees . Stella and elder elf sits on the side . It was around in the afternoon when they finished training . '' Take a break let's eat '' Stella says . 

Elder elf has gone back to his place . '' I bet you will like the foods we eat Arthur '' Luke says . In the lunch time they all sat around the trees . The woman elfs brought the foods . In there was many fruits soup meat and fish . 

'' This tastes delicious '' Arthur comments . He took one more bite and finished all . Lisa and others were staring at him while he was eating . They were surprised that a human can eat so much . 

'' Give me some more '' he said . '' You wanna eat more ?'' Luke looks at him freaking out . Arthur nods . The woman were giggling . The women had slim and small figures . The males ones were a little bit bigger than the women . 

They all enjoyed eating together . Arthur became quite comfortable with them .
