"Finished already?" I asked as our companions started to disembark from the ride.

Gab chuckled softly beside me. "Yeah, sorry. You didn't get to enjoy the ride because of me."

I quickly shook my head. "No way! It's not your fault. I'm the one who's talkative."

He got off the boat first, and I followed suit. He held out his hand for me, and I took it before disembarking. He smiled, and I did the same before we exited the ride.

I looked around for Iwatani, but I couldn't see them. It looked like they were still on the ride, which was quickly filled. So, I decided to buy ice cream at a stand while waiting. The ride was quite long.

"Do you want one?" I asked.

"Sure." He reached into his pocket before handing it over to me. "Here, I'll pay."

I quickly shook my head. "No need. I'll buy it."

I handed him the strawberry flavored ice cream while I had vanilla. I didn't expect him to like strawberry, but I couldn't judge a guy based on his ice cream preferences. I like dark chocolate,
