After the bulb went off in my head that there was a possibility that the flashback of the necklace's owner may be the instigator, I remembered Eros vouching for him and telling me that he could swear on his life for him since they had been through a lot together, so I brushed it off thinking it could be coincidence or maybe the person wants to frame him with it.

The atmosphere between Eros and I hadn't changed, he was showing me the ruthless and arrogant billionaire the media portrayed him to be, I felt like a fragment of my soul was ripped away from me and I didn't have the conscience to blame him for what he was doing and how he's been acting conscious around me, it's what I would do also of someone attempted my murder or assassination.

I remembered cooking twice for him and putting it where he would see it, but he paid no mind to it or maybe he was avoiding anything that had to do with me because it was the same spot I used to keep his food when the kids were here.
