/ Selene’s POV/

“Hello good evening, this is Ava.” Her fruity voice came in and I jumped up immediately at the mention of her name.

“Hi, Ava. Good afternoon, sorry I was sleeping when your voice interrupted, I’d assumed you’re done with your shift then??” I asked groggily and her fruity voice chuckled.

“Oh, it’s evening already though, and yes I’m back. I was thinking we could hang out and maybe have dinner, but you might already plan your night so I’ll leave it to another day.” She sighed disappointedly.

“Uhmmm, maybe another day. I have my night planned already with June.” I lied.

“That’s so sad and heartbreaking to hear, well you said another day, so yes we’ll reschedule.” She said and I bobbed my head forgetting the face that she can’t see me.

“Yes surely. We will hang out before time, just let me know beforehand so I can clear up my schedule for you.” I informed.
