79 Life and Death Duel

Nathan's POV

I stripped off my clothes, standing stark-naked on the icy tundra.

Closing my eyes, I called upon my wolf. A searing sensation burned through my organs, and as I opened my eyes, I shifted into a wolf.

The enormous tundra wolf had long left her den. In this icy expanse, her pristine white fur was her perfect camouflage.

I cautiously began searching for her tracks, aided by my keen sense of smell, detecting the foul scent emitted by the giant beast's breath from behind.

I swiftly dodged to the side just as Storm's massive claws and the howling arctic wind brushed past my face.

Amid the gasps of the onlookers, I evaded Storm's first ambush.

As Alpha's pet, the tundra wolf was virtually at the top of the food chain and had never encountered a wolf as agile as me.

She let out a furious roar, abandoning her stealthy approach, attempting to pounce on me directly with her massive size and incredible strength.
