60 The Murder

Lydia returned home and heard a screaming insult just as she entered the door.

"I knew you'd bring bad luck to my son, you b.itch!" Vince's mother, Emma, had lost her usual dignified demeanor and was screaming hysterically, picking up a cup from the table and throwing it at Lydia.

Lydia dodged in time and the cup was thrown against the wall and broke into pieces with a loud bang.

Lydia raised her arm to shield her face, but her arm was cut by the flying shards, and a bloodstain appeared.

"Do you hate me that much?" Lydia's eyes filled with tears.

"You've ruined my life, you've ruined my son." Emma rushed forward and grabbed Lydia's neck. She gritted her teeth with such force that she seemed to be choking Lydia to death.

Lydia's back was against the wall, and she desperately held Emma's arm in an attempt to get her to let go.

The blood on Lydia's arm rubbed off Emma's shirt, but no one cared.

Lydia's face turned red from lack of oxygen, and if this continues, she will surely be choked
