Was it just me but Elodie seemed to be deeply worried about something and she has been giving me cold shoulders ever since, causing me to wonder if I did anything wrong.

After the press conference, she walked past me, acting like I didn't exist and slowly, it hit me that she wasn't wearing the bracelet that she always had on her wrist all the time.

Walking behind her, I called out her name and she turned to look at me with a blank stare while she said coldly. "What?"

Reaching her pace, I flipped the hair that fell on my face to the back, raising a brow in confusion. "I am genuinely curious, did I do anything wrong to you? You haven't been talking to me and I am worried about you"

Her eyes pierced into mine before she bit her lower lips and muttered. "There is nothing wrong and why are you worried about me? It is not like I mean anything to you.....we are just business partners and when all of this is over, we would all go our separate ways. Isn't that the deal betwe
