Jasmine's Pov

I just drank two bottles. I was not myself; I lost balance. Kai looked like Earnest to me as I smiled weakly.

"You look very charming as always," I chuckled softly, touching his cheeks.

"Thanks. It's a great thing you said that. I'm the happiest man on earth right now," he said.

I laughed abruptly. "Of course, I always say that to you. Is today kind of special to you?" I chuckled.

He nodded his head. I touched his cheeks; they were very soft to feel.

"I missed you. I thought I wouldn't see you again. Every day without you is like a nightmare to me," I said, still viewing Kai as Earnest. I badly missed him and hurt badly because of how much I have loved him.

"I'm here, my love. I won't leave you, and I will never leave you," he said. I chuckled softly, seeing him staring at me.
