Joe looked up at the royal guard, "What did you just say?" he requested for the second time from the guard since he couldn't hear what he said the first time, he was busy working on some papers in his chamber.

"The Alpha asked me to get you, he has something he wants to discuss with you," the guards repeated his statement all over again earning nods from Jay.

"Thank, Zoey, I'll be right there," Jay told him and he excused himself away from Joe's chamber.

Joe then rushed on what he was doing so he could attend to Jake's call to present the work he was working on to him. Within some minutes, he was done with whatever he was doing and packed the papers into a file. Then he made his way out of his chamber, down the hallway that led to Jake's chamber since that was where his fragrance was coming from.

When he got there, he gave the chamber door a knock, and without an answer like Jake had told, he turned the doorknob and pushed it open then he went in, closing the door behind him.
