Chapter 3

Lily's POV 

I knew what he wanted of me, which was to go away, leave the pack house and leave the pack totally but how could I do this? I couldn't just leave everything behind all of a sudden just because my sister who had been his secret mate all these while was back. 

Now my heart was thrown into revenge as I thought of the way he discarded me. How could I have a baby when he was cheating on me with my sister? The wolf aura surrounding our relationship was already distorted and I couldn't make it to child birth. All this while, I thought that it was my fault, that I was either weak or cursed only to realize today that he's been the cause of all my problems and at the same time, the main person blaming me. 

I sniffed as I walked towards the garden. Guess it has absorbed more of my tears than any other place in the pack estate here. I stood over the lily flower section close to the water fountain here in the middle of the garden and watched them. I wished my marriage could be as beautiful as these Lilies but now everything has crumbled. The truth was out and I'm pretty sure Adriel revealed his new Luna, he no longer wanted me. I was just his waiting companion while he waited for his real mate. 

My pain is why would he waste my time and blame me for being a weak Luna when actually he's the cause of this? 

“They will pay for this!” I turned towards the pack estate which stood some meters away and gazed at it with fiery anger, balling my fist and gnashing my teeth. My heart was burning with revenge as a series of things played in my mind. 

I heard footsteps behind me, I turned. My eyes nearly popped out of their sockets at the sight before me. 

“What?” My voice came out before I got the time to process what I was actually thinking. 

“Auntie? You look like my mom.” 

I was still in shock. This was a little boy, about three years old, who looked so much like Alpha Adriel. Their faces looking so identical made it obvious that I didn't need a DNA test to know that this is his son but I needed to confirm. 

“Come here, little boy.” I said with a serious tone. He walked towards me. “Who are you here with?” 

“My mom. Your sister, she told me her sister lives here and she's coming back to take her rightful place from you. I hate you!” He shrugged his shoulders. “You kept dad from coming over to stay with us.” 

“Huh?” I raised my face to scan my surroundings, eventually rubbing my eyes to make sure that this was real and not a dream I was having. 

“What did you say again?” I asked. I needed to because if true, Alpha Adriel would be the most wicked soul on earth. 

“Mom said that dad was staying here with you, so he couldn't come to stay with us, he could only come to see us regularly.” 

“But I thought your mom was a student over there and just graduated?” 

The little boy pouted his lips. “What do you mean? Mom has never been a student. She owns a super mini-mall over there in Germany.” 

“Are you sure of–”

“Lily.” I heard someone call my name. I shrieked in fear and disgust realizing who it was. I was afraid because he had asked me to leave. Alpha Adriel isn't a man of second words, he doesn't repeat the same command two times. The second time only comes with severe punishment and here, he holds a very great authority. No one dares to stand against him, one of the facts I'm considering is what type of revenge I'd have against him. 

On the other hand, I was filled with disgust, discovering this is the evil he did to me, wasting my time while having a family behind my back and the worst which is him torturing me with words, bad treatment and causing the senior pack members to follow suit just to veil the evil he's doing, so no one knows the truth. 

My eyes darkened the moment I turned to meet him. 

“Daddy!” The little boy ran towards him and embraced him. 

“Luiz, go back to the house. Why did you wander here?” So his name is Luiz, I never got the opportunity to ask his name. He tunes the little boy into running off to the house. Now he was face to face with me, I gnashed my teeth, balling my fist. 

“What are you still doing here?” He asked me with an evil grin, my face became even tighter. “You've heard many secrets from Luiz, I suppose and I'm pretty sure you're planning a coup–” He'd leaned towards my direction and spoke with a really cold and at the same time sinister smirk before our attention was distracted. 

“Alpha–” The chief of his servants whom he'd asked to update the guests on the party was here and he was really panting. Something must be wrong!

He bowed when he turned to him. 

“We have a surprise visit from the three Alphas of the West. They said they are here to get an equivalent pay for the debt our pack has been owing Western Union Pack. If you can't pay in cash, you could pay another way. They have run out of patience.” 

I heard his gasp. 

“The money is thirty million dollars!” He muttered to himself. 

The moment this was mentioned, I shivered. Such a huge amount! 

Western Union Pack Alphas were dreaded demons, ruthless monsters and the most powerful Alphas on earth. There's nothing to fear about Adriel should he be compared with the three Alphas. They were the worst beasts in the whole world, strict, merciless and gruesome. 

Vincenzo was their leader, being the eldest, the most gruesome. Alessandro, the second and the playboy among them while the youngest, Marco, was the most serious. All of them were very handsome and ruthless, nonetheless. 

In fact they were the real definition of the devil occupied in three bodies itself. 

I looked at Adriel, he was shaking. His face had turned red and pale. I was passing through this same phase but immediately I saw him react this way, my heart glowed with joy. Realizing that they are people who could make my traitor husband, such a strong and cruel Alpha like him, fear was the sweetest thing I ever saw. 

“Maybe I could report him to these Alphas?” I thought to myself for a while. My thoughts had escaped the present until I saw him turn with the servant. 

“They want to see both of you, Luna!” The servant said and I shivered. 

“What? But I wasn't part of the debt? You never included me in anything.” I could remember how he didn't involve me in any activity of the pack even though I was his Luna, little did I know that he kept another wife. 

“You are coming now with me, don't let me descend on you.” He growled. 

“But he has already rejected you, let him go with Carly.” My wolf protested. I stood my ground, standing against his wish. 

“Go and get your Luna. I'm no longer your Luna.” I stiffened my face, crossing my arms over my chest. “Who knows if you didn't get the money to use with her?” I scoffed. 

I'd turned my face away, then I felt a painful grip on my arm. Blood could no longer flow through, I let out a yell. I tried struggling but he was more powerful than me, his servant was so afraid of him to ask him to leave me. I pulled out my entire energy to resist him and when he saw that I wasn't complying, dragged me along the stone floor of the estate. 

My legs scratched against the rough floor, up through the stairs. By the time he threw me on the floor of the living room, I was exhausted and all bruised, finding it hard to breathe, my eyes were also clouded with tears. 

Suddenly, I felt a strong aura in the room. I shook. Then this powerful scent which I hadn't perceived before in my life filled the entire space, my wolf was growling in excitement, and at the same time my heart was thumping with fear. 

I managed to raise my eyes up. I saw three huge and muscular, charming young men, the most handsome I've ever seen. Their eyes glowed and looked at me sternly, I shivered. This was the only thing that pulled much fear, their eyes, corrupting their look. Because of their eyes, they looked like fierce monsters while at the same time they looked like pretty Angels. They had long, black hair falling over their shoulders, I shamelessly scanned my eyes down their body only to shut my eyes quickly upon sighting their hot, muscular stature. 

It was like a dream! I thought I was in heaven or these were grim reapers, coming to take my soul to the Creator. 

“Is she your new slave?” They chorused in unison with a hoarse, deep voice, their voice kind of sounding sarcastic. 

“No–no!” Adriel stammered, merely hearing his voice, I knew he was afraid and the moment he happened to drop me here was the moment I felt their scents. I'm pretty sure he didn't know they were going to come into this room soon, lest he wouldn't do that. 

“Then who is she?” One of them growled with a deep, high pitch voice that sent the walls of the room shaking. They must be surprised at the way he was treating me. They already knew who I was, I'd gone through the same high school with them, they were my crushes at some points, just that I knew it was useless chasing after them, they were the leading gangs of the school. 

“She's my–” he paused. 

“Aren't you gonna answer us?” The second Alpha thundered. They stormed towards him. 

“Why will you treat a woman this way?” 

My eyes shut really tight the moment I heard spanks from different angles. I was trying my best to shut my lips before I let out a laugh. “But could this ruthless Alphas really change?” I found myself wondering. From the memories I could gather from high school, they were great bullies, even girls weren't free from them. They did whatever they wanted and no one dared to stop them. 

“What's going on here?” 

It was Carly’s voice. I opened my eyes immediately. The moment she realized who these Alphas were, she sank to her knees, pleading. I nearly burst out laughing this time around. Even though she was abroad, the three Alphas of the West’ stories have reached there. They were so famous for their rude nature, it only surprised me seeing they were this cute and also had a sensitive heart regarding how Adriel treated me. 

“Please how may we help–” Carly stammered, glaring on the floor while kneeling. 

“We aren't here for so much drama!” 

Adriel raised his face slowly to hear what they would say next. My ears were itching and my heart thumped, I just wished they would pronounce a sentence on Adriel. 

“It's either you return the thirty million dollars right now in cash,” they emphasized and I gasped slowly. That's in no way possible but I wanted to hear the second option, hoping it would be some miserable fate for my cheating ex-husband. 

“--Orrhh!” 

Suspense filled the room and these few seconds before the final verdict seemed like forever. 

“We go with your Luna!” 

I stumbled backward, crashing my back against the wall. Did I just hear them well? Who will be given out right now when there are two Lunas contesting for the same position. My head turned and spinned, I breathed very hard trying to find an answer to this question of mine but I got none.
