CHAPTER 12

(RHEA'S POV - IN ATLAS' BODY)

“The pack alpha of Geisterfell and his daughter are already here!” Lucien announced as he walked closer.

“Rhea, it’s them!” Atlas urged in desperate whisper.

My mind raced as I tried to process the gravity of the situation. The memories were blurry, fragmented, but one thing remained crystal clear—Hera and Mortis. I remembered seeing them in the chaotic ballroom before my life ended.

I nodded at Atlas, acknowledging that I'd tread cautiously around the werewolves of Geisterfell. Instinctively, I reached out to help him stand.

"It’s them, what?" Lucien's voice broke through the haze, drawing closer.

My eyes flicked to the formal suit Lucien was offering. I couldn't afford any suspicion. With a forced nonchalance, I tried to emulate Atlas's demeanor, hoping to deflect any scrutiny. "Who knows," I shrugged, my tone sharp. "This woman—Omega, always speaks nonsense!" I took the suit from Lucien, but his raised eyebrows sent a shiver down my spine.
