Chapter Eighty-Two

Since Adonai had decided to act funny, I decided I was not going to pay any attention to him as well so he would not think he had a hold on me in any way by behaving the way he was. I had a feeling he was doing it intentionally, but for whatever reason it was, I would not let him have the pleasure of intentions.

I had not had a thought, that Dante might have a hand in it. Not until now. But it does not seem likely. There had been a knowing look on Adonai’s face which suggested he was doing it all on his own accord without any external influence.

It was hurting, that Adonai acted the way he did after the moment he had together before now. I should have known it meant nothing to him.

Though I knew for a fact that I had better expect and be ready for retaliation from Dante. He looks every inch a back bitter, and speaking against me to Adonai would be his most move.
