Chapter Eighty-One

The journey to the soothsayer was a very long one but Derick had kept assuring it was worth it and the said soothsayer was very good according to him. I had no doubts however that I could get answers since the last time I had gone to a witch, I was able to get what I wanted.

I did not think though, that the solution to my problem and that of my packs does not lie within the confines of a soothsayer. I was afraid to think it was beyond that, but since I had no way of knowing what the problem was, and not to then think of the solution, I had to make do with what I had.

We finally got there and it was a distant land void of people which was good for me because werewolves were not meant to have anything to do with witches or soothsayers of any kind. It was an offense punishable by death and unheard of, by an alpha.
