"Are you planning to terminate her employment?" Kathy asked, puzzled. "Will she be fired?"

Dominic affirmed, "If she dares to treat you like this, she should be prepared to leave. I will follow the company's termination policy and provide her with appropriate compensation," Dominic nodded.

"Hold on," Kathy exhaled deeply. "There's no need for that. She's already in prison. If she returns and then gets dismissed, it will tarnish my reputation. How can I conduct business with others in the future? How can I maintain good relationships with my team?"
