CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN

Ella stared at me in shock. She didn't expect that I would tell her to her face about her pretense. Anyway, I did.

"The other day at the mall, Elara," she continued speaking.

I groaned loudly and leaned backward. I shook my head after resting my back. Ella would have left immediately when I told her she was fake. I was shocked that she didn't think I expected her to leave.

"What were you doing there dressed like a servant?" She asked me. "You probably left to attend to something and couldn't say hi to mom and me."

I knew she saw me, so I wasn't shocked. I stayed mute. I didn't respond to her. I just stared at her blankly without uttering a word.

"Where did you go? I mean. I'm sure it's not too far from here. That is why you could come back all the way here just to get something from a mall."

She paused for a while.

"They don't have malls around there?" She gasped. "Oops! You all must be going through hell there."

"Ella, please leave," I plead
