CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT

I breathed out heavily, with my hands placed on my chest, and walked out of my hiding place.

I couldn't believe that I almost got caught by Ella. I was lucky that I saw her earlier. She would have seen me before I hurried out of that mall.

"Oma," someone called, placing a hand on my shoulder.

My heart skipped, and I turned around immediately. Luckily, it was one of the maids I had come to the mall with.

"Why did you disappear like that?" She asked me.

I simply shook my head.

"Have you concluded everything else?" I asked her.

She nodded her head but did not take her eyes off me. She was giving me this suspicious glare, and I wished that she would just stop staring so much at me.

"What?" I asked, and she looked away from me for a second.

"I was just wondering," she said and turned around, facing the car we came with.

"About?" I asked her.

She sighed.

"Let's head home," she replied.

We began walking towards the car. She pursed her lips f
