EZRA'S POV Immediately, I stood up and went to prepare. I left my house and started the journey on my own without telling anybody. I needed no driver since I could drive all by myself. I parked my car by the road side because that was where a car could take rest. In order to continue my journey, I had to trek the remaining fifty kilometers. My stomach was making so much noise, I knew it needed food because I was a little bit hungry, but the journey was very important to me. When I got there, everywhere looked so lonely and dry, I couldn't see anybody nor hear any sound. "Hope I am not in the wrong place?" Valerie was so worried that since yesterday, he hasn't come back to his house. Chelsea planned on using Ezra's disappearance to plot evil on Valerie. Chelsea went about telling people that Ezra spent the night in Valerie's house and since then he has not returned to his house. People started asking Valerie different questions, she kept defending herself that she woke up that morning and couldn't find him. She has been trying to call him, but his line wasn't going through. They told her that, for the fact he spent a night with her, she must bring him from wherever he is. Chelsea kept adding more lies to the issue on ground,adding more diesel to the burning fire. VALERIE'S POV "Anybody home?" I said as I closed the door behind me, Walking towards the living room. I saw my mom coming out from the kitchen. "Mom!" I walked towards her and hugged her tightly. "Valerie, how are you my daughter?" "Very well mom" "So happy to see you. I was actually preparing something in the kitchen before you arrived. So, my dear, go up to your, freshen up and come down" my mom spoke with so much excitement in her voice. "Okay mom" I went up to my room, observed the environment. I know I missed my room, especially the privacy. I brought out my phone, and plugged it to charge. My phone battery was dead during my journey. I kept thinking of Ezra, I couldn't wait for my phone to charge so that I could keep trying his line. I entered the bathroom, sat down in the bathtub filled with warm water. Chelsea prepared a very delicious meal and packaged it. She got prepared and dressed seductively to visit Ezra. Ezra heard the doorbell ring, he rushed to open the door and saw Chelsea looking so sexy. He observed that she was carrying a food basket. "Can I come in?" She asked, smiling. Ezra doesn't know if to send her back or allow her. "Come in" "Thank you" "So, what brought you to my house?" She cleared her throat. "Have you found Valerie?" "Yes, I have found her. Any problem? Her mood changed. "Where is she?" She asked. "That I can't tell you" "Anyways, that aside. I brought you a delicious meal. You will love it" "I am not hungry" "Okay, but you will still be hungry" "I don't need it" She felt bad. "So after going through all the stress, you are rejecting the food" "But I never told you to prepare anything" "I thought that since Valerie wasn't around to cook for you, I should try and help since she is my friend" Ezra knew her tactics. My mother concluded that I won't be going to school that day. I was happy. She gave me my breakfast and I had to sleep all through the morning.
