I returned to my office. I leaned against the door after closing it behind me. I exhaled deeply and walked to my desk. I checked the time and it was twenty minutes to the meeting with the clients. I sat down behind my desk and quickly updated my presentation with the details I received from the HR Manager. I rechecked my time, picked up my laptop and exited my office.

I hurried my steps towards the elevator. I pressed the button for the elevator and it opened immediately revealing Alexander. I stared at him briefly and stepped into the elevator without saying anything. I figured I pressed the elevator button immediately it closed after Alexander had entered. I pressed the button for the third floor where the meeting would take place.

"Are you ready?" I heard Alexander ask me standing next to me.
