Since Nia is not able to speak, the investigator taught that she's just using her right to be silent unless there's a lawyer on the side. He understand it, of course. But it's not helping to progress the case.
One of the victim's family is claiming that the innocent looking girl shit him because of anger management issues. Since she can't say anything yet, and she's a foreigner who had not yet resided here in the Philipines for six months, she will be detained in the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) regardless of medical abstract and if proven that she commit a crime against a Filipino Citizen, she will be deported back to her country and she will be banned to came back here again.

Her Aphasia is not easy to be cured as Doctor Fender said. She undergo several test like physical and neurological exam that test her strength, feeling and reflexes. She had several CT scan and MRI to know the cause of it. There are several cause of aphasia but on her case, she had brain stroke and it's due to stress or trauma.
