Chapter 5

Bella's POV

3 Weeks later

"So, are you coming to the beach party on Friday?" my best friend since baby times, Sharon. "Yahh, of coarse I'm coming, which insane person wouldn't?" We giggled and Sharon stopped abruptly and said in a annoying voice, that was almost baby like, "Kai's so staring at you right now!" I looked behind me and saw that Kai was indeed staring at me. I turned my head back to Sharon and said, "He can look as much as he want, he won't get me Shay, you know I'm not ready for a relationship." She looked at me understanding. I then got a idea in my head and said, "Watch this!" She looked at me confused, but I got a pen out of my locker, walked by Kai and 'accidentally' dropped my pen. I bent down seductively, allowing my skirt to ride up, but just as I was about to flash everyone in the hall when I whipped up, flipping my hair, and walked over to Kai and said, "It would be wise to wipe the drool off."I walked away and smiled to myself. I linked arms Sharon, and we skipped down the hall. 

I plopped down onto the sofa after school and switched the TV on to play my favorite online game, Fortnite. As I ran around collecting things, and preparing myself to shoot people, I heard voices and heard my brother and his homies came into the room. I looked to see who was there, and looked surprised when I saw Kai standing there. I turned my attention back to the TV, and continued to play. They left the room, but I could still feel the presense of someone with me in the room. Kai came to sit next to me and whispered in my ear, "So, you tried something risky today in the hall." I side glanced at him and answered, "And your the asshole that haven't been talking to me, or proven to me your different." I stated. I saw him staring at me, and he lifted his hand to my face. He followed the curves and said, "I have proven to you, you just haven't witnessed it, and I know you feel something different when your with me." I got myself killed on purpose, set the controller down and turned to him, so I could look him in the eyes. "Yes, I do feel something different when I'm with you, but that doesn't prove anything... he cut me off by saying," Sit still." I did what I was told and felt him trace all the curves on my face. I closed my eyes and felt his fingers slowly gliding over it. His finger slipped down to the bridge of my nose and rested on my lips, softly caressing it. I opened my eyes and saw a smile playing on his lips as he studied my features. He hand went down to my neck and gripped it tight in his hand and leaned in. My eyes fluttered close as his lips rested on mine. As quickly as he gave me the kiss, he pulled away and said, "Bella, I know you don't trust me, but can you please give me one chance, and if I fuck up, you can leave me, but if it wasn't me who cause something to happen, to promise me to hear me out, all I ask is one chance." I opened my eyes once more and slowly nodded my head. A smile spread over his lips and he stood up from the couch and offered his hand towards me. "Come on, we're going somewhere." I looked at him confused and asked, "Where too?" he smiled his million-dollar smile and said, "To shop for some outfits, and what's going to happen after that is a surprise." He smiled at me devilishly and I took his hand. We walked to his car and opened the door. As I went to sit, he said, "Wait a sec, I quickly want to tell your brother I'm leaving." I nodded my head, and watched him as he ran back into the house. 

Kai's POV

I run back into the house and went to the kitchen, and asked Louis, "You know where our favorite spot is right Louis?" I spoke French fluently, and knew that if Bella walked in she wouldn't understand me. He nodded his head, and I told him what I wanted him to do. He looked so excited and agreed. I then quickly hurried to Clark and said, "Bro, I will cya later, 'cause I'm going out on a date with someone special." He smiled at me and then got serious and growled, "Hurt my sister and I will cut your dick off, you got that." I nodded my head, and knew he was serious and said, "Dude you know I have been crushing on your sister for years and that I'll do anything to keep her happy, I promise I will never hurt her, and I give you permission to cut my dick off, if I do, because by then I know I'll feel like a asshole, so.. Yea dude, I'll never hurt her." he nodded his head, and a smile appeared on his face,"Go get her dude, she's waiting for you." I knew he was right and sprinted out of the house and climbed into the car. She flashed me a smile, and I returned one back at her. I quickly bent over to her side of the car and planted a soft kiss on her lips, before starting the car and driving to the mall.
