As the night wore on and the celebration continued, I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease that had settled in the pit of my stomach. Aliana and Diana had been hovering around me all evening, their smiles and laughter seeming to hide a sinister intent.

As we made our way back to the car, I felt a sense of relief wash over me. Maybe once we were away from the prying eyes of our guests, I could finally relax.
