Rose's POV

The silver-haired elder, her expression grave and solemn, approached the cubicle where I stayed her gaze piercing through my shattered spirit. "Rose," she said, her voice tinged with regret, "I understand this is a difficult time for you, but the decision has been made. You must leave Nedan."

Tears streamed down my face uncontrollably as I struggled to comprehend the magnitude of her words. "But... but this is my home," I managed to choke out, my voice quivering with anguish. "I've lived here and I don't know anywhere else. How can you just cast me aside? What about my baby?"

The elder's face softened for a fleeting moment, a glimmer of sympathy shining in her eyes. "Rose, I implore you to understand that the community has spoken. They fear the accusations against you, and it has shaken their trust and their belief in safety here. This decision is not taken lightly, but it is believed to be the best course of action for the sake of harmony and peace within Nedan."
