Royal's POV

I couldn't shake off the lingering unease from the nightmare. The pain was so vivid and the haunting laughter played on repeat in my mind. It was unsettling, to say the least.

"Phew," I breathed as I gently placed my hand on my stomach, feeling the reassuring kicks of my unborn child. It was a comforting reminder that he was with me, alive, and not dead. The tiny flutters beneath my touch served as a powerful antidote to the fear that gripped me just a few moments ago.

As the adrenaline from the dream slowly subsided, my racing thoughts began to settle. I reminded myself that dreams often held symbolic meaning, rather than literal predictions. Perhaps this dream was due to stress and I was overthinking it.

"Rico's recent sickness shook me, and the prospect of becoming a mother had brought its own set of worries. It was natural for these anxieties to seep into my subconscious, materializing in the form of unsettling dreams." I thought to myself.
