Marriage Agreement Between Ryan Hayes and Lia.

 This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this day of the 31st of April , 2021 between Ryan Hayes and Lia 

1. Purpose of Agreement: This Agreement is entered into voluntarily by both parties with the understanding that Ryan agrees to pay off the debt owed by Lia's deceased father , Mr Caldwell in exchange for Lia's consent to marry Ryan.

2. Debt Obligation: Ryan agrees to assume full responsibility for the debt owed by Mr George Caldwell to Ryan Hayes , amounting to $ 100,000 , and will make all necessary payments to settle the outstanding balance in full.

3. Marriage: Lia agrees to marry Ryan within the stipulated time period after signing. The marriage shall be legally binding and performed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. 

4. Terms and Conditions - This marriage is entered into by mutual consent and without any form of duress or coercion.  

- Both parties agree to honor the terms of this Agreement in good faith and to fulfill their obligations as stipulated. 

 - Ryan agrees not to impose any further financial obligations on Lia related to her father's debt after the marriage is solemnized.

5. Duration of Marriage: This Agreement states that the duration for the marriage would be Three years(3). However, any dissolution of the marriage shall be handled in accordance with the laws governing divorce or annulment.

6. ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to keep the details of this Agreement confidential and not disclose its contents to any third party.

 At Ryan’s grandfather's residence,

 Ryan arrives at his grandfather's house . Ryan’s grandfather’s house is a large Colonial-style estate on the outskirts of Los Angeles, California. The two-story mansion features a white brick exterior, a wraparound porch, and a beautiful garden with well-kept flowers and greenery. Inside, the home is elegant yet simple, with spacious rooms and plenty of natural light.Ryan sees his grandfather in the garden trimming the flowers. He walks up to him.

“Hey Papa, what’re you doing outside?, you know you should be in bed resting as per the doctor's orders”

“Oh please, I’m perfectly fine,why would I waste my time in bed doing nothing”. Ryan’s grandfather is a 75-year-old man with silver hair and a dignified presence. Though his posture has weakened with age, his mind remains sharp, and his blue eyes reflect years of wisdom. He moves slowly but carries himself with quiet strength and grace.

 “Let's go inside please” Ryan leads his grandfather into the house. He leads him to the dining table and gets him a glass of water

“So when are you going to introduce me to you girlfriend, huh?” 

“Be patient will you , I’ll bring her to see you soon"

 “until when should I wait? until I die !”

“stop saying ridiculous things and head to bed!,Have you taken your pills for the day? 

“ridiculous? How's that ridiculous,my wish is to see you married with children before I die” Ryan’s grandfather replied ignoring Ryan’s question

 “I’ll get your pills” Ryan leaves to get the pills from the drawer in the kitchen . He gives it to him with a glass of water

 “I told you , I’ll introduce her to you later. Now go to bed and rest please”

“Ok I’ll go!” Ryan grandfather said standing up and heading to his room .Ryan brings out his phone from his pocket and calls his secretary

“Send Miss Amelia’s number”

“Ok sir” He then heads up to his room to shower and change clothes
